I ordered a free trail of PomClear for the cost of shipping and handling of $4.95. $44.80 was charged to my account, causing overdraft fees. They cleverly had pre-selected that I receive two more items next to the window that I filled out my credit card information. I ordered 200 roses and 100+ filler flowers for centerpieces for my daughter's wedding reception. I placed an order on 9-4-2008 with this company for a Canon S5 Is Digital camera. I sent them $195 by Green Dot MoneyPak. I have phoned them 6 times at their customer service number and have sent them about 12 e-mails to their customer service. I ordered a $5.95 Acai Berries bottle from an advertisment on the internet. I received it and then have received two other unordered pills bottles. I got my Visa Card statement and found three (3) charges, two of which I will not pay. The charges are $74.95 from GD Performance Products from Colorado; $29.95 from GD Performance Products fromArizona and $5.95 from GD Performance Products in Nevada. I have been living at Waterbrook apartments for close to a year now and as many notices they put on your door about not smoke on the stars and the sells pitch of being quite and calming, they lie. Their security team they have walk around only puts notice on the doors for people that haven't paid their rent. I haven't seen one loud group talked too about being quite. They keep your information for the shipping, and later charge your account after 14 days if you do not call and request them to stop sending product. I worked as a vendor for Hertz Rental Car and was exposed to harrassing abuse for years. When I complained in a letter to the VP they supposedly fired the guy but would never re-instate my position as a vendor. I guess when you make a bad deed public, you are enemy No. 1. I was a very productive contractor who put up with a lot of verbal/degrading abuse at the hands of Hertz managers. These big corporations think they are not to be held accountable. I will never purchase a rental car from them nor will anyone I know. Be careful who gets your dollar...they may be an undesirable company with less than honorable working practices. I was sent an offer for 0% interest for 18 months on any balance transfers over $100. I signed up for the account and initiated the transfers. I was charged 8.99% on my first bill for my entire transfer. I called the customer service line and was told they did not have any record of my 0% offer. I was charged $84.24 in interest from them and will have to pay $381.43 to transfer my balance back to my original account. I booked a vacation to orlando leaving at 1:00pm in the afternoon returning in the late afternoon 6 days later. Now I get an email my flight leaves at 6:30am and returns very early in the morning.
