Ordered two jerseys on 11/16/07. Called 12/17/07 to exchange on of the jerseys for a different size. Was told I would have to purchase a new jersey and that a retrun label would be sent to me to return the small jersey. Did not receive return label. Called on 1/4/07 to inquire - was told that they were not sending me a return label and that I should put the jersey in a package and mail it to them. I have been having problems with Alice Truman concerning a student loan my daughter fell behind on. Don't support Lone Star Pet Lodge. They demanded a deposit up-front to make a reservation for boarding our dog. I made a reservation early one morning based on a recommendation from another kennel. Later that day we drove to the business to check it out. It was extremely noisy and the staff were non-responsive and apathetic. My home lost power in half of the house. We were scheduled to have people over on the same day and needed an Electrician to diagnose our problem. We purchased documents necessary for an adoption. The documents were originally sent to us missing key information and had the wrong information in the wrong fields. A correction was sent to us. We made an appointment to meet with the court clerk to file the paperwork. The court clerk took a look at the paperwork and stated it was all wrong. While visiting KFC/Taco Bell today, my husband and I noticed black mold on the walls, the ice dispenser and soda dispenser. Along the side of the wall where the drink dispenser is, there is Black Mold Everywhere. The floor is disgusting and filthy with food all over. I will never go back there. My Son and Future Daughter in law took their 6 week daughter to get her 1st pictures done. They chose the one where the parents hold the child in their hands. the picture should of been printed landscape (like a rectangle on the long side) instead it was taken the other way. I completed a purchase online on August 6, 2008. The ordering procedure was extremely misleading and gives you no opportunity to make changes to your order or to review the order before finalizing the purchase. The website advertised a special of buy one get one free.
