Worst company I have ever rented from. I was told that I was going to get my apartment in July and the move-in date kept being pushed back further and further! At first the reasonings were acceptable (replacing carpet, cleaning, etc.) but now they are trying to claim that it is going to take them another two weeks, maybe longer, to clean carpets! Airtran is the worst airline to deal with. The worst Customer Service. They have affordable flights but once you purchase they hit you with a bunch of fees or the service is the worst. I say this because I have used the airline on 3 occasion. The first time they were behind schedule and there was a delay of more than 6 hrs. I took the Razoreye trial service for the 3 day free trial, and upgrade to Web Detective. I cancelled 3 days later. That was May 16, 2008. As of today I have been billed $38.83 in May, June, July!!! I have Filed a complaint with my Master Charge card, and will call the Better Business Buearu today. I paid for some jewerly in the beginning of July, but never received the products. I have sent several e-mails, never got any response whatsoever. I paid through Paypal, so I have disputed this issue and I hope some day to receive my money back. I have been shopping from net shops all over the world, and have never received so lousy service. I filled out an application for a payday advance loan. AlthoughI never completed the process and took the loan, my information was retained in several data banks. I've been living in these apartments for several years. Slowly the landlord has taken away lots of things that were included when I first moved in. Things like the laundry facility, swimming pool, and went up on rent which is normal. But if you're taking away things why raise rent. This neighborhood in known for vandalism, car theft/break-ins, and house break--ins. Also, there is no playgrounds or facility for kids to playin, so they use your apartments doors, basement, and buildings for play. Also, basements are open to community, so you have no privacy. I would like to know why it takes so long for the service to be restored once you have sent the western union payment. 1st you must wait 5 to 6 hours for the western union payment to post when it only takes 15 minutes in most cases to post, but even after it has posted to your account there is another waiting period of 2 to 24 hours for the service to be reinstalled. July 31, 2008. Last June 30th, we flew with American Airlines to Europe. I believe it is only fair you know what we went through.
