This place couldn't set a time to install the drive and took over a month. Then when they do the drive they messed it up by putting in the wrong culvert pipe 24ft, not the 26ft as agreed to. We had agreed to a diagram of what exactly was to be done, none of it was done correctly. They were very rude and said they would only accept payment when work was done correctly. On August 4th 2008, I went to Express Oil Change and Service Center at 60 willow lane, McDonough, GA for an oil change. 20 miles after leaving the service center my engine started smoking heavily, the temp needle went to super hot and my check engine light came on. I got off the highway only to find there was no radiator fluid in the radiator. It was bone dry. I was told by another mechanic; I may have engine damage resulting from the lack of fluid. Rcvd two damages plastic cases containing 20 DVD's each from China. Both cases were damaged. I reviewed the first 10 DVD's of the series and found them to be either blank or faulty. We live in Colorado and have been getting ongoing calls from telemarketers trying to sell us an extended car warranty. We have been getting at least 3 to 4 calls a week for the last 3 months. I ordered a free trial whitening teethes online at www.bellabrite.com and i paid for delivery only $4.87. I received the free trial with the complete program that i didn't order it. I have been charged after 10 days on my credit card with $78.41. I called customer service and they said that if i don't need the complete set i have to return it and I'm going to get the refund of $78.41 after they get the package back and if it's not damaged. We have received calls for about a year claiming we are someone who owes the magazine money. We do not even have the same name as they are looking for, they swear, call us names and refuse to give their phone number or connect to a supervisor. It has to be a scam. We do not and have never owed money to a magazine firm nor do we have the right name and they threaten us each time with legal action. The phone has a base station and two extensions. While under warranty, the base station readout area went blank which makes it impossible to program, etc. GE was nice enough to say they would take it back and fix it and it would take 6-8 weeks. SINCE IT WAS THE BASE STATION THAT MEANS I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE FOR 6-8 WEEKS. After speaking with a Supervisor and getting nowhere, I offered to PAY FOR a new phone, send them mine and then they could refund the charge. NOT PROCEDURE THEY SAID. They offer a $100 gift card for completion of trial memberships for certain products/services. A DISNEY book club was one of the trials. After completion of my end of the bargain, it was supposed to be up to six weeks for them to send my "gift card". Should have received in September 2007. Judith from Destination Movers, was the one who called me and followed up with me on my move. Since I travel a lot I did not have real good time on hand for this Cross Country move. This company collects additional money for service and repairs and leaves their customers hanging. Have had repeated phone problems on three different numbers over 5 year period. For the first three years calling monthly about noise on the line. Their refusal to keep lines open and lines updated is legend; their current response time of over a week before repair service arrives is obsurd. I went to American Dental Concepts because one of my teeth wasn't feeling right. I wasn't in any sort of pain but I wanted to have it looked into. The next day customer service said that they would send me a refund form. If you don't send this back within 72 hours, they keep all the money. Luckily I went to the library the next day. I purchase four new tires on 9/2/08, a few months later, there were thumping noises coming from the tires, I took the car back to sears and was told that there as nothing wrong with the tires, I then took the car to BMW and was told that the problem were the tires.
