During the 18 month rental from this landlord, we were continually harassed and threatened despite or rent always being on time and keeping quiet and clean place. I am a physican, tring to reach pharmacy for verifying meds. and thusfar walgrees has surpassed all pharmacies in wait time to speak with a pharmacist. it has been over 45 min still no one picking up the phone but intermittently someone gets online and puts me on hold immediately. These phone cards have a very bad connection quality. The connection is so poor that sometimes the calls dont connect but your card is charged regardless. I called their customer service number but they said there was no action they could take to compensate me for wasted cards. I purchased an Olumpus Stylus 770 (Bronze) digital camera from Goodguysphoto.com in March 2008. The camera I received was a different model than what I ordered online and they basically laughed at me when I wanted return it and receive the correct model saying it was discontinued and not available - even though they advertise it. Also, the price they charged me for the model I did receive was way higher that what they were advertising it for. Recently saw a charge on my bank account for MFI/Ancestry.com. I have not authorized any charges on my account for this item. In conducting some research, I traced this back to Ancestry.com and see several complaints for the same activity. I immediately reported this to the bank and the charge was placed on hold and being removed. I suggest if you see this, immediately contact your bank before funds are deducted from your account. Once the charge goes through, it is difficult and time consuming to have it removed. Someone in consumer protection needs to take some action against this company. read full review »

My wife and I purchased a refrigerator in a home depot store, it was delivered on Thursday (May 1, 2008). On Wednesday (April 30, 2008) we ordered online a washer and dryer. Well when the refrigerator was delivered the guys didn't level the refrigerator, therefore, when they tried to push it into the opening (a tight fit, but a fit none the less) it wouldn't fit. Called to schedule install with Direct TV and they never came. They calimed we were not home when they came. After 5 hours on the phone with direct tv all they could do is cancel the install. Skylink has not reachable number- just an endless machine. This company already took my direct tv box since it was shipped to them before the istall. The KFC Outlet, situated in Gulf City Mall, Tobago, W.I. produces the most dreadful KFC chicken, the worst I have ever tasted, not up to standard at all. Today I bought a zinger, it had one very small piece of chicken, measuring 4 inches long by approx. 1 inch wide, some lettuce and a dollop of mayo! I signed up for this service in November, 2007 and it is the worst! On the rare occasions when I can get a signal the service is too slow to use. DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! I am locked in for 12 months even though they admit not one byte has passed through my account in six months. Wu Yi Tea has an intro when you order a trial of their product, this signs you up of this program, without being aware that it is a separate service and if you cancel the trial you must call them separately. They make seems like living lean program is part of ordering the Tea. I canceled the Tea after th trial with Wu Yi tea and it took 2 calls to have them stop the shipment.
