Arkansas Attorney General Jusing McDaniels is filing suit against Ferrellgas under deceptive trade practices. Ferrellgas is doing the same thing in Michigan to customers that they did to customers in Arkansas that prompted the suit. I've always had trouble with WebWatcher. I wanted some software to block ***.It Never worked well and is difficult, also support stinks. I tried an Upgrade for $46.95 and it was a disaster. I called to cancel the same day. Well within their generous 5 day trial. I was told to send trouble ticket and did so twice actually. I have called, E-mailed, chat line, etc... No refund!!! I put in a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). So I am tiring from this battle for my refund, but will continue. I will not go down without a fight. As we have noticed in other reports about this company it does NOT provide ANY service after the sale. We also experienced the very long call wait times. They FAILED to ship all the items purchased. And after 4 calls and 4 claims they would ship the missing items they have NOT shipped ANY items yet. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the initial shippment arrived without all the items purchased. We are active military forced to move each 2-3 years- tricked into 5 year deal w/Guardian for security. It's been a 4 1/2 year battle that you can not believe. I've moved 3 times in 4 1/2 years and I'm still fighting to get out of this mess. They will not work with me. I didnt hear from them after i send my degree transcripts .I mailed them and got same automated response 2 times.I tried to call them but they keep me on hold for about 20 minutes saying no customer representatives are free, so i hanged up. I signed up for ONE year service for Shared Hosting. I paid one time fee using my credit card. After one year, I was surprised to get an invoice saying I owed HostNine money. I quickly responded that I didn't renewal the domain name and I don't need the web hosting service. Someone calling to "verify the name and address" for a listing in a directory, which was followed by an invoice for $410.95. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the bill. Afraid it would hurt our credit, we paid up. I wrote the check in April 2008 and it was cashed in July 2008. I do have to say that I DID receive a CD with the company name & address and am sure it will never be seen by any of our clients...or anyone else either! I joined Cheaptrips and attempted to use my temporary ID and password to book a flight. It would not work. I tried to call them 3X and couldn't get through. I ended up booking the flight on my own. Then I attempted to use them again. Through them the flight for a companion and me would be $2000, on my own I got the flight for $800 for both of us. This is reference to the Federal Way, WA Community Center and the way they conduct the lap swim activity in the lap pool. Hindsight being 20/20 I would tell anyone considering this firm to run as far away from them as you can. Never shows up on time. Stays for a minimal amount of time and gets minimal work completed.
