I went to home usa warehouse on jan. 15, 2008 and paid 100 dollars to put a mattress and box spring on layaway and went back on feb 1 08 and they told me they where liquidating. No warning, no nothing with in 2 weeks. I ordered the Trueback, and because of a glitch in their website the c/o part of the address was omitted. The OTHER office at the address didn't recognize my name, so UPS returned it to Morcent. I bought a pair of size 9 high heel sandals that turned out to be too big when I wore them the first time. I took it back within 30 days and exchanged it for a size 8 but with wide feet the leather seams robbed and bruised my feet when I work in them. I join the handyman club almost two years ago, I joined the life time club. Thinking that it would pay off. Just the opposite. It is just like i don't even belong to anything. I took my car into Savannah tire to get my brakes done. Because I am a woman, the salesman immediately saw dollar signs. I ended up paying over $700 to replace my front and rear brakes and new front rotors. I don't mind paying for quality work but this wasn't the case. When I called customer service they said I had to return it within 5 days and they charge a restocking fee and deduct shipping. Received with broken cases due to falulty packaging. Tested first 6 CD of 32 CD set and found these all falulty. Company said they will replace individual falulty CDs and asked that I review all CDs and all 150 hours of shows on the CDs. I asked for a full refund becaue the set is faulty. Company email said that I can take 6 to 9 months to review the CDs. I think that the company is waiting for the five day refund period to expire. NEW WORLD Movers - SCAM!!! Do not use this company. I got a quote for $595. Extremely proximate move of apartments (not too much stuff). I even told them I had stairs and there was a walkway (which $300 was later tacked on for).
