We moved to the Pacific NW about 30 days ago from Oklahoma. Having used Cox Communications I thought we should go with a cable internet connection here in Oregon. We subscribed to Charter Communications. Every night between 8PM and 9PM our internet connection dies. At first I thought it was our wireless router. On the website pettags shows tags with large print. I ordered a tag for my dog and the print was so small I (w/20/20 vision) could barely read it. I can't imagine someone finding my dog and being able to read her name and the #s printed on it! When I called the woman I spoke with was rude and said she's been printing (ripping people off) these for 20 years. Even on the ads I received with the tag the print appears larger! We recently purchased two items from Sears. The first one is a Ping Pong Table. I asked the Sales, do they deliver and assemble for us. Of course, he replied. My wife and I transferred the balance of a few cards to a single WAMU Card. Setup was simple and done through the website. None of this is the issue. Our issue started when we saw the transfers start. All but one worked which is RETAIL Card. Here is the kicker; They sent us a letter stating they were having problems with the transfer.
