When it comes to rebate, this company is the KING of the scumbags. EVERY time I have purchased one of their products, be it from Fry's, Buy.com, Amazon, etc., there is a problem with the rebate. This time I purchased an MX-100 Hard drive enclosure from Buy.com back in March. Two months after I submitted the rebate, I called to inquire and was told it was never received. BS. I bought a new car to find out later it had been damaged by the dealership, fixed, and then sold to me as new. I am still, after 3 years, attempting to recover damages. This practice of non-disclosure is illegal in the state of Oregon. The law is narrow and limiting though so this dealership is getting away with this and will continue to use these illegal practices. Regional Accep. Corp. practice unfair tactics. They do use scare tactics to force a payment out of you. Even when you try to get them to work with you they threaten you, call you at work and force you to do any thing, just to get your payment to them. I found a car online at Done Deal .com and went to Villa Park to look at it. I put money down and drove it home. He gave me a Temp Illinois plate and I found out later that was illegal. Their Anaheim branch is simply horrible. The sales manager, believe his name was Ryan, cannot be trusted. In their sales pitch, they claim their so much better on the service end of things than their competition. I don't think so. I made a settlement with RPM in April of 2008. They start calling me in July of 2008 to tell me I still owe them money even though they settled with me. They now call at least 5 times a day every day. They are now becoming abusive with their language. I have been taking my car to this gas station for 5 years, rarely in the past I have been forced to get gas from other stations. Lately, since the 'gas crisis' has hit, this is the ONLY station I have taken my car to. Beware they sell water damaged/flood cars from auction before checking them out. They sold me a 2 year old low mileage Tundra that has apparently been in water at some point possibly up to the door handles.
