Regarding Invoice #5665702 - I did NOT order this product, FlexProtect, that I received today. On 2-12-07, I called Maria in your Customer Service Dept and CANCELLED ALL FUTURE ORDERS. We have purchased a dryer at NE Appliances. My husband had picked it up and installed at our new home. The next day I've learnt that we were given the wrong unit, cheaper and with fewer futures. We contacted the store to make an exchange and we were told they can only do it if we, ourselves, bring the wrong unit back. My husband's working hours overlap store hours and we did not get a chance to tbring the dryer back. Paid to have vending machines set up in stores. 2 guys from company contacted me. Gary Humpal and the other I don't remember. On June 6th Gary call me and stated they were in Mesa However, their truck broke down. I picked them up and drove them to a motel. Since their truck was being repaired (according to Gary, i never saw it) I had to drive them around to different locations to deliver my vending machines. I assumed some research had been done, however, none had!! They just walked onto stores and talked to whoever was there, as I found out later. I have a service contract with Whirlpool that expires in 2011. I purchased four LED signs for my store at a total price of just under $1000 Out of the four, two are defective. I contacted customer support by email and was given the run around. In the end they told me to return the signs to them and they will send to their warehouse. However, they wanted me to pay for the shipping and reshipping costs. Beware of this organization. Supposeably i ordered something from the dish network and got a call from a woman saying that i was going to get a voucher from budget savers for a free gas card, and $1, 000 dollars in coupons for groceries and a gift card for WalMart for $25 free. I just returned from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on board the Norwegian Cruise Line's Sky ship. The vacation was a nightmare from the time we got on board. 1. I was looking online for Legal Aid. This company contacted me after I filled out a form detailing the nature of my legal issue. They represented that they could assist me when in fact my legal issue was a criminal matter and not in their domain. They strung me along, took $89 for a review fee, then they said it was a filing fee but they filed nothing. Then they said they had acquired documentation to verify my complaint but I actually faxed these documents to them. They did nothing for me for a week which put me in contempt of court. I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems.
