On May 19, 2008 I left a package at the Greyhound Valley Retriever in Newport OR. We were not informed until we arrived that the pool was not available & had not been so for quite awhile. We also were not informed that there was a problem with the air conditioning. We just got back from my son’s Make A Wish trip to Disney World and it was a disaster. Due to poor planning he never got to fulfil his wish. He spent the majority his 5 days in Orlando at the villa hunting for lizards and blowing bubbles. On the few occasions we did manage to get him out - nobody honoured his tee shirt or badge. What I thought was supposed to be a simple $1.97 for a cd ended up costing me around $50.00 before I caught on to what was happening. I called the number that showed up next to the withdrawals on my bank statement and canceled the "free trials". Cub Cadet Riding Tractor Deck Belt will not stay on pulleys. Has occurred [and continues to occur] many many times during the 2 years of ownership. Other Internet sites [http://www.compacttractorreview.com/review/Cub-Cadet/LT1045.aspx] have records of identical complaints from many consumers and MTD [Cub Cadet] has neither issued a recall on this tractor or issued a retrofit repair kit/procedure to resolve this major design flaw. I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again. After a 9-month lease, of which I only lived at the apartment or 45 days, I received a settlement letter charging me %58.00 Pet odor, $125.00 Pet damage. Funny thing is, I never had a pet. I went to American Dental Service in the South-eastern PA area and received terrible treatment. They replaced a ten year old filling that fell out (from another dentist) and then their crappy fillings fell out twice afterwards within two months each time. I then went to another, private, dentist. The new dentist took his time and also shaved down part of the tooth so there was less pressure on it. My filling has now been officially fixed for a few months now. I have had my materials for over a year. They want you to travel up to 100 miles to take the exam. If you live in a small area and don't have transportation, too bad. They refuse to give me my money back because I haven't taken the test. I also have a disability. They don't tell you the job requirements over the phone. I spend time, energy, and gas on this scam. The moment I finally sat down with one of their "managers" I noticed the credit card machine. I was actually quite shocked that she thought she could fool me since I have agents and a manager already. But alas she tried and explained to me that if I already had "good" model pictures then I would not have to take new ones. These companies appear to be connected and have been withdrawing unauthorized fees from my checking account in the amounts of $29.95 and $1.00 for the past month or so. I signed up for a one time only $0.99 fee for a credit report and have been receiving these fees since. Karl Swanson performed C02 laser surgery on my neck Jan 08. He had just received the machine and badly burned my neck. I had oozing sores and bleeding but he told me that was normal and to be patient. After a month I was still oozing and looked infected but he told me I was fine. I would not recommend H.H.Gregg for any appliance purchase. Their models all seem to be one and two years old. Many of them have major problems within the first two years. The extended warranties are not factory or manufacturer backed. They are held by some GE concern that has no consideration for the customers concerns and frustration at the lack of proper repair and maintenance. The service company that is used in the Cleveland area not factory or manufacturer trained. They are poorly trained on one model and lost on any other. Viapren doesn't work, it’s scam and ripped me off for $48. By charging me with out me ordering. I called my credit card company to cancel. They claim they told me my card would be charged after a 10 day trial starting from the time the order was shipped. On 3/20/07 we went to adopt a cat found a grey female cat that my daughter and I fell in love with. They said she was a year old and spayed. I responded to American Fresh Ducts ad in a mailer for a $75 "Duct Package." They "open, agitate & vacuum the entire duct work under negative pressure."
