We purchased this as a family Christmas Present. We watch little television at our home, so obviously this one lasted us longer than most of those complaining. Evercom blocks my phone although my phone has no block from my phone company! My phone co., otelco, has assured me that it's not because of them! I don't understand why my neighbour, who is also my brother-in-law, and has the exact same phone service as I do, can accept calls from the jail my wife's in, but I cannot!!! I received a call from a telemarketer wanting to send me some information in the mail. The only charges that were mentioned were the shipping fee. About two weeks later I had a charge on my account for $49.99. There was a number next to the charges on my on-line baking account but it was not a working number. This establishment has a bully staff. They treat their customers like crap and do not respect their patrons. I was rudely kicked out of this place for no reason by the assistant manager. From Feb o7- current, I have been on disability through my insurance company/ employer. With this doctor certifying me as being disabled. I ordered a table from them - they charged me when I placed the order (?????? - nobody does that) I guess that should have tipped me off but it didn't. I waited 4 months for the table. My husband and I contracted with Chuck Pollock of Chuck Pollock Building Corp. to build a log home in Williamsburg, VA. Atlantic Auto Mall rips people off especially seniors. I bought a new car there and they sold me gap insurance which comes free in New York State with the auto loan. The Atlantic finance dept told me that it would cost me $9.00 per mo for the life of the loan or 60 months (540.00).
