Glad I did some research! Here is what I did...I blacked out my name on the return form and wrote "you can pay for the postage you fraudulent bastards" and sent USPS. I went to this restaurant with new renovations and found the prices had been hiked up. The portion sizes have shrunken and the food quality went down. I ordered a yr. subscription to Consumer Reports Magazine for Christmas. It never came. I called Superior Subscriptions and they said sorry, they would refund me per a check. I waited and waited. Never came. Tried to contact them again. Can't get them by phone or email. Paypal has done nothing to help. Did not even contact me to say they won't help. These people are very rude and unscrupulous. I sent back a RAID device that did not work as advertised. They refused the return claiming it was scratched. I NEVER installed it! They are also claiming it came back with power cables missing. However, there were no power cables in the box. I returned EXACTLY what was in the box, in EXACTLY the condition it was sent. I am now wondering if they sent me a used unit in the first place. They are liars (check multiple sites for reviews) and incredibly rude. I ordered a transmission from Phoenix Hard Parts. Shortly after ordering the transmission, I received the order via email stating that I needed to sign the order/contract and fax it back to them. I've had this same experience with Amex twice within 6 months. I was with them since 1993 holding both the green standard card and the gold card. My Gold card had a line of credit of $23K with a balance of only $5K never a late payment. I cancelled the lousy green card in Fall 06. Premier Steel Building totally ripped me off on my Steel Building. They were supposed to allow me when I could take delivery.
