The glass top of my JES9800AA slide in electric range broke late April. I contact Jenn Air and was told the part only was under warranty. They told me I had to have the problem "diagnosed" . A man phoned our office on 06/11/08 stating that there was a charge made to our Master Card for 5000USD and that since the purchase was large we needed to send a copy of the invoice to him via fax or it would not go through. I purchased a puppy from this breeder, he developed hip dysplasia at 16 months old. We were devastated to learn the diagnosis, the Halls were uncaring and sent nasty emails and were downright cruel in their response to us. I have been receiving calls to extend my automotive factory warranty for about three months. The recording says to press 1 to speek to a rep., 2 to be removed from the "list", and if you keep listening, 9 to removed from the "follow up" list. Well I have not yet been removed, so I hit 1, as soon as this guy answered and I stated I wanted to be removed, he disconnected the call. Is is important to use care when dealing with this company.I allegedly purchased a Timeshare at auction on Ebay in Feburary of 2008. Remington College at Greens Point in Houston TX is full of it. The only thing that they think of is money, not the students all they say. When a student asks for help, they should be ready and will to help if they can. I have not seen this. The students on externship are not being given what they need. The school is a total rip off. They will cancel your trip that was already paid in full, not notify you in a timely manner, and not reply to your concerns. The doctors said that i would have a small scar. I went for a simple op. for diverticulitis and stayed for 5 months. They never closed the wound because[their words] don't want to he no model. Luxury Lane is an online retailer of Leather Jackets. I had a long saga of buying and returning Jackets from them, at my expense, because each time the Jackets arrived severely creased and wrinkled. They arrived this way because LL do not use any packing materials when sending their Jackets, instead they really on their shipper to handle with care - fat chance! Please don't reply to these scam e-mails, I have forwarded the one I received on 11th June 2008 to the Met Police fraud department. The e-mail said I had won £890, 000 plus but wanted me to contact the courier (Universal Air Courier UK) about the costs of delivery. My son purchased an airsoft type BB gun from airsocom.com, it came late, communication was poor at best. The gun arrived, the trigger didn't work properly. Two months ago I spent over 500 dollars at this store, already 2 pairs of pants have been repaired, one with the hem missing and the other with the hem missing and the rear coming apart. This company is horrible. In May 2005 they took my items ( a large IT inventory) and sold them on eBay after agreeing to a 75/25 split verbally and later a 70/30 split contractually (when problems arose) Most items they got 1/2 of what the average eBay auction was getting and then my splits averaged 55/45 their favour. I wrote an article about my experience on my website and they sued me - dragging it through court for more than 1.5 years. We were so excited to get approved for the purchase.(At a whopping 24.9% interest rate) I received the call from UACC regarding the purchase and he told me that there was no grace period.
