I was checking my bank statement online and noticed that 2 checks in the amount of $19.95 each were that were electronically submitted thru Consumer Financial Trust Inc. I have never even heard of this company until i looked at my bank statement. My bank gave me a number to call to dispute the matter and when i called i ended up sitting on hold for about 30 minutes. I had tried to pay my paypal card bill online through my paypal account. I had done it many times before. In January of 2008 my account disappeared off my paypal account and I tried calling the customer service number twice to ask where it went and how did they want me to pay. Returning from a trip to France with no American change--just Euros, I made a 20 second call to my son to pick me up at a MARTA station. He never even answered and the charge was $25. 47. This is outrageous and unethical. I am glad I used my American Express because I will be disputing the charge. On November 12, 2007 we paid Meest Company to send shipment to Russia. They charged us Air fee, delivery fee, insurance fee and custom fee and promised to get our shipment to Russia in 2-3 weeks. Complaint: La-z-boy Inc. Regarding power recliners - Purchased 8-5-2008-Warranty deception. This recliner has been repaired so many times I cannot count. 1. I just used Pro Flowers for the first time and loved it. Since I was planning on using them again, I signed up for what I thought was a free coupon. I am usually very skeptical, especially online, but I missed the fine writing about the Easy Saver coupon. Pro Flowers, dump Easy Saver and keep yourself in good standing, not that hard to figure out! I called Easy Saver and canceled everything and asked for a confirmation number. I called netzero to set up a dial up month to month service. I checked my billing status and found that netzero had signed me up for hi speed and a 12 month plan. I was also told I would be charged $25 dollars for cancellation. I have repeated their mistake numerous time. Netzero said I authorized this plan. I did not and never would. Netzero is ripping me off. I move often and have a very limited budget. During the conversation with the rep for netzero I repeated all the specifics at least twice. Month to month was agreed to. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Listen when I say this, it is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I have noticed that a company which shows up on our bank statement as Euepoch.com has taken money out of our account on more than one occasion. I have a joint account with my finance and it is his card that has been used. We just do not know what it is for. The only accounts that has or has had our details in the past are paypal and William Hill. I am wondering if there is anyone else out there that has had this problem and maybe used the same websites as us and maybe that might narrow it down as to who it is giving our card details away or taking our money. I thought that I would be trying this Green tea pill, that helps you loss weight. It said free trial for 3.95. Well I paid that, and still haven't recieve the product. I was in Orlando, FL recently and I had my card stolen on March 7th, 2008. I quickly called and was told that there had been a charge of $936 dollars to my account already. I was furious. I only by bill blass regular jeans. Recently i purchased two pair of ladies jeans size-8p short. I am having a problem with the zippers on both pair of jeans. Pair number one the glasp on the slider does not lock thus the zipper opens up and the slider comes down. Pair number two the zipper stuck together when you try to bring it down and when you try to pull it up the zipper comes apart. I paid 20 dollars a pair for these jeans and i cannot wear them. Rainsoft of Birmingham called us about testing our water and the very first night they tested the water coming out of the kitchen faucet, then they tested the water coming through the "mini" Rainsoft filtration unit and told us how great our water is going to be. Sometime in Feb of 2006 my son was approached by a salesman who worked for Vericomm. The salesman told my son he had a great deal and it would cost us much less in fees for using his company.
