I was trying to look up my father and they are saying that I selected a button that ok'd them to take this monthly fee out of my account. I did no such thing I agreed to pay $2.95 to get the current address of my long lost biological father and I end up getting charges taken out my account. I did not even notice it until 3 months later and now they are saying that they cannot refund but one month of the fees. They would not even listen to my complaint and gave me her name and id number and said thank you for calling. I attempted to purchase a home under foreclosure. The seller was Ocwen. They breached the contract so I contacted an attorney to see what claim(s) I had against Ocwen. He said the contract is unenforceable due to Addendum A Section (I). By agreeing to this Addendum I have no rights. I'm SOL. Have an attorney review this document regardless of what anyone says. E-Z Movers lo-balled me on the estimate, and then when they came to make the move they said it would be up to $1000 more for packing materials. They said they need wrap everything with shrink wrap to protect it, pictures, chairs, tables, mirrors, etc. I told them to wrap them in blankets, but they refused. The first time i used the company-it was a nightmare. It took over 3 weeks to get the repairs completed. Finally they paid what they were suppose to. On March 21, 2008 I took my car to the Ford Dealer Service Department, figured would move a little faster. I received a call from the Ford Dealer that the Company is in receivership. I went in to Rain Fitness at the beginning of last month to cancel my gym membership. Per the contract, you must give 30 days notice, which I did. However, they are refusing to cancel my account even though I've met all terms and conditions. As well, the owner Glenn and his staff have been incredibly rude and border line abusive at times when discussing this issue. I am a merchant that uses PayPal's eCommerce (shopping cart) software and also use PayPal for processing the transactions. I have a complaint against PayPal. I have lost $18.50 in a transaction due to a malfunction in PayPal's eCommerce software. FRAUD- This company advertises that it will sell Realtors leads of people wanting to buy or sell. They claim to verify the leads. Instead they send you leads from people who have told them specifically they don't want to be called and yet charge you the Realtor $64.95 for the lead. We signed a contract to build our pool in October and should be finished in six weeks. Well it was March 15 months later and we finally had to pay other contractors to finish our pool. It has leaked every since being built. We paid $5000.00 for a waterfall that had to be to be demolished and rebuilt because of poor construction and leaks. I renewed my Virus protection. I kept receiving Messages from Symanec to complete another application. They stated that my credit card did not go through their system. I complied, two or three times. I talked to some one at Symantec and he removed the additional charges. I received my credit card statement and there were two more charges for $68.98. Was working with WMC Mortgage Corp. on a short sale. Last friday spoke, faxed information to them. No customer service person told us anything. Monday called to check on status of the short sale, phones disconnected, fax disconnected and web site gone! Who is SST Columbus Bank and Trust. They are reporting VERY negatively on my credit report but when I contact them (which is very hard to talk with someone) they can never provide the information I am requesting. When you do get to talk to someone they are very rude. When they bought my account from Providian (which I did not know happened) I had a balance of $380.00 and Providian was taking automatic payments from my checking account. Had the oil changed in my 2006 jeep while in on a recall at Neuwirth Chyrsler Jeep, they charged me $31 no biggie I figured while it was there it would save me some time. This weekend it had been 3000 miles and I had the day off so I went to change it myself, the filter was covered in dirt and looked like it had been on there for a year, drained the oil look terrible. Did the usual researching on the Internet to find the best return on used BlackBerry's. I sent in over 12 of them and all were in use before they were sent in. The BlackBerry's had all been used about one year, naturally there is going to be some wear and a couple scratches. On October 17, 2007 I completed an online purchase. I was then offered a magazine free of charge if I paid the shipping/handling charge plus one other free magazine. The 2 magazines were Reader's Digest and Real Simple. It is March of 2008 and I have not received any magazines. I purchased a remote car from Hobbytron.com and it did not work and the battery would not charge. I returned it and a month later they insisted I never returned it. I checked with UPS and gave them the date and person who signed for it. They did not return my money but 'fixed the car' and returned it without the battery or (expensive) fast-recharger.
