Nancy the owner manager of Sahara Steahouse should be fired. She disrespected my mom and my finance in front of customers for no reason while they were picking up a to go order. She told them to leave just because she doesn't like my finance. He used to work there and he left because of a racial comment that she made to him. At the time that anyone signs a lease with the above firm, you always make your first payment prior to departing the dealership. For example, I leased a 2005 Pacifica on January 24, 2005 on a 39 month lease making the first payment, leaving 38 additional payment left on the lease. Chrysler not only had the vehicle returned to them with all 38 payments made they are trying to collect the first payment that was made at the start of the lease. My co-worker went in to get coffee from our local dunkins. The girl filling the order is kinda new, I myself have seen her a few times before. Well she over flowed the cup and the coffee was dripping down the side . Instead of whipping it off with a napkin SHE LICKED IT OFF FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP TO THE TOP. I recently ordered food at this particular location, and the worker that serviced me did not have any type of professional or customer service skills. I felt like no employees cared for customers like me. There seems to be a great deal of personal attitudes by the employees and mostly the managers. My wife and I made a "call ahead" to Cheeburger Cheeburger at around 6:00pm. I first asked if they accept "call aheads" and they stated that they do. I also purchased the program through New Age Marketing Solutions. I spent $398.95 for my websites. I also spent $2995.00 for my advertising. I spent a lot of time doing advertising and checking my commissions everyday for 5 months. I went to the BBB and the Attorney General. THEY okayed 4000.00 worth of credit card purchases from a customer, 4 months later they took the money out of my account, 3 weeks later they sent a letter saying the card was fraudulent. I canceled the merchant account, they kept taking money from my bank account so I closed it. I opened a new account which they did not have any authority to use. Last week my bank statement showed they had taken 69.00 out of it. We had a major issue with a card that was applied for last year and never received. The only bill or mailing that I ever received was one year later when a bill was sent for an annual fee. This bill was for a card that I had never received. I called and they refused to take the charge off even though the card had never been used. I asked if I would still receive my 20, 000 points and free night if I paid the fee, she did say that a credit would be issued for the free night with marriott rewards. I should have checked this business out prior to switching my provider. My visit was an emergency with an abscessed tooth. Yes it was treated and an appt. made to extract the tooth. Suddenly the appt. was canceled by them due to the fact I noted on my initial application last fall I was taking aspirin for a foot I had broken. I made a mistake and purchased tickets to the Disney on Ice Nemo show in the wrong city. I live in Denver and somehow purchased tickets for Minnesota. I called Ticketmaster.com and they told me they could not do anything for me. They were not willing to refund or exchange the tickets. It tooks 3 calls to get to talk to a supervisor, the first and second time I got hung up on when I asked for a supervisor and the final time the supervisor was unsympathetic and was not willing to do anything. I am not going to use ticketmaster.com anymore which is going to be hard since I have a 4 year old and ticketmaster.com has a monopoly on the ticket sales business. read full review »

Like a fool I accepted this card. I paid my payments until I got sick in February of 2008 and contacted them. I explained to these people that I was disabled and with their protection policies it should cover the charges. They charged me outrageous fees for late fees and for anytime I used the card. Also they charge a monthly fee of $10.95 regardless if you use it or not. I tried to cancel the card and told them I would pay them when I was able to return to work and they do care. They said there will be a monthly recurring amount of 79.95 for a month’s supply unless I unsubscribed from the website. I went straight to the website and clicked unsubscribe me. I am complaining about the people complaining about this Horizon Card. Do you know how to read?
