We bought 8 wooden chairs, 4 tables, a sofa, loveseat and chair from this company in 2004. The salesman enticed us with a warranty that supposedly would cover repair or replacement on any of these goods and was good till 2009. Jarome bellach came out to my house and told us he would resolve the problems with my chairs by supplying us with matching pillows. He also came out to address the scratches on our coffee tables, the tables were delivered with existing scratches, everything has a lifetime warranty. He came out and cleaned the tables and suggested that if that was satisfactory for the time. I bought a puppy from an ad on pennysaver.com. I went to the lady that was selling the dogs sisters house and the german shepherd was adorable and I fell in love right away! As soon as I brought him home he was sick, he vomited on our way home (I just figured he was car sick) and he wouldn't eat. I purchased a pair of Dansko Professional Black Oiled Leather Clogs about 6 years ago and used them only a couple of times as I wanted them for when I walk long distances. I have stored these clogs in a box inside of my closet. The shoes or clogs, have been in a well temperature room. I was looking into information for a payday loan and somehow I ended up with this Id Theft protection that I didn't even apply for. I called my bank and have filed a fraud claim against them. I was charged with the amount of the fee of $31.98 + $35.00 overdraft fee. This put me in a neg. balance. I got a postcard today from Taxcut. My rebate was denied because it did not include a receipt. WTF? I had a friend in business classes who told me he once worked for rebate clearing center. He told me that it was his job to deny rebates and to force people to prove they fulfilled their rebate agreements. His best advice ever: Copy EVERYTHING before you send it. I recently moved out of my apartment that I was renting in woodridge apartments. I had lived there approximately 3 years. During that 3 years I paid my rent every month on time, live there without my security buzzer working, and my screen to my balcony not working however, they did come to fix my buzzer but said they would have to come back and never did. I am very frustrated by the way GE Electric labor policy/cost works. My GE microwave was not working. I called the number that was supplied and was told that a serviceman would be out in two days. As soon as I plugged in my new Lenovo T61 Laptop error messages popped up. Spent 8 days trying to get it set up. Found out there is no customer support unless you pay $100 per hour fee. No support on a new $1500 Laptop. HP did Sony did Toshiba also 4 one year but not Lenovo. Called a local tech $60 an hour. Agter 2 hours you have a corrupted hard drive on a fresh computer. I made a collect call from a pay phone at the airport, Newark, NJ. Legacy LD billed $25 through AT&T. Outrageous! Legacy said "we own the pay phones and can bill anything we want." FCC forwards complaints to the vendor in an effort to resolve the complaint. My letters to Legacy received no reply, but I received a 90% credit very soon after making my complaint to the FCC. AT&T functions as a third party vendor and will credit back late charges and provide 90 day period in order to resolve the issue with Legacy. read full review »

I call to cancel my membership and they say the will take care of it and credit my account but I do not receive a credit and the next month the charge shows up on my bank statement again. I ate 2 grand slam breakfasts at Denny's and crapped my pants on the drive home. It was very oily and it cost me 400 dollars to get my car seat detailed to remove the stain! I contacted the Denny's branch office and they still have not returned my call.
