I ordered information for 2.99. My checking account was charged the 2.99. And a week later 39.99. Of course when i dialed the number given the person on the other end gave me another number to call. And the other number gave me another number to call. Finally i just went to my bank and they cut of my bank card. Ordered me a new one and disputed the 39.99. The bank said it is a lot of scams out here and my card number was given out by this company. I ordered the tile from fastfloors.com to take advantage of their price match guarantee. The next day I had a voicemail telling me they needed to speak to me. A book was ordered; sales person convinced me that I should order an additional book, which I did (my stupid mistake) -- weeks & weeks passed before delivery, although my charge account was charged immediately. That should have been my clue that you were not a reputable company. When books arrived, they were a bunch of jibberrish -- "information" contained in them is a bunch of garbage. My experience with NRI ICICI services Internet Banking has been a dreadful one. Our NRI account was debited through multiple transactions in four days, which should have raised enough alarm bells for any reputed financial institution. Once we brought this fraud debits to ICICI's attention, the impression we got was that it was our fault and they refused to take any responsibility. Moreover, they don't seem to be having any checks and controls in place. On Nov 3rd I subscribed to a magazine called Sport Fishing. A young man came to the door selling to earn points to be able to win a trip. Very convincing, but I see now I was taken because no magazine has come and you can not get a live person on the phone nor will they return a call when you leave your number. Apple Computer is rotten! I purchased a custom configured $2,000 Apple Mac Book online back in November 2007. SMARTSAVINGS.COM reinstated unauthorized charges to my bank account of $1 a month one year after I had effectively canceled it. My bank USAA states they can not stop the automated deductions so this company will continue to charge me. Every time myself or my husband go to Williams Chicken they are very very rude, and sometimes the chicken is old. But today 3/2/08, I called at 10:00pm to find out what time they closed, and a female answered, and said they close at 11:00pm but that they arec closed because of the weather, she said, "we are closed because everybody has to ge home," and hung-up on me, everytime they are rude there, and I do not appreciate their rudeness. I had my car towed to Harry's for a diagnostic service only. The company was informed that I was repairing the car myself and only wanted the OBD2 test run. He was also informed that if the condition of the engine was bad enough, I already had a replacement, and I would just put the new engine in. They were informed of this over the phone and in person.
