We ordered a stove and microhood from Sears.com and picked it up at West Lebanon NH store. The stove and microwave were both malfunctioning from day 1. The microwave made a chirping noise whenever we would use it and the front door on the stove could not be removed due to an improperly functioning hinge. We called Sears to come fix these problems. I started taking some yoga classes at this studio, only 1 bathroom by gender for a large number of people. Under the “loving” atmosphere there, they are always inviting to take MORE classes especially with their yoga master. This is without mentioning how young are the instructors that honestly sometimes you can feel their EGO up there. They pretend to be a faithful Christian that goes to church and ask if you can cash a money order for them that turns out to be a fake. I too have been scammed. I got the 15 day trial and then they sent me a month supply which I refused and sent back. Now I am getting collection notices for $276.75 from Recovery and Collection. I have registered my phone numbers on the "Do Not Call List" however I am still receiving unsolicited phone calls. The subject of this message is a call I received from 419-474-9385 (Ameritech). After answering the call and telling them to not call back they continue to call ignoring my request. They also come up on my phone as "unknown name". In late July 2007, we flew on British Airways from Heathrow to Oslo. Our baggage did not arrive with us and one bag (with our clothing) arrived back in the States only after our trip had ended. The BA baggage handler at the Oslo airport (serviair) would not answer phones and there was no way to leave a message. I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP. A little suspicious, looked up replacement part on their site, not even close.
