I have just been told that Certegy have debited money from my bank account on a check that was paid for. They have refused to put the money back and the state says they can do nothing. When did it become legal to get into someones account without authorization. I can assure you I will never go to a store who uses this company for collection. I've suddenly started having problems with telemarketers. I'm on the Do-Not-Call list, but these aren't legitimate businesses. My complaint involves a moving company that has no respect for its customers and is able to treat people as poorly as they feel with no consequence. Over the past 15 years I have purchased 2 vacuum cleaners from this store. I visited the store recently to purchase vacuum bags and was looking at the new Sebo upright vacuum. The owner offered to let me take the vacuum home and try it. I did take it home and returned it the following day. Purchased a bridesmaid dress for my daughter at David's Bridal in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Ebay should prohibit the selling of gift cards regardless of how they are obtained. I work at a retail company and know that when customers return items without a receipt they get a store credit. But with our company, we use plastic cards that don't say store credit but they say gift card. We have dishonest customers who steal for a living just to return items and get store credit to sell on Ebay. On August 6, 2007 I had a withdraw from my checking account in the amount of $149.95. This was actually done with my debit card. After contacting my bank I found out this was done by nexgenlabsusa.com. I was informed that I placed an order for diet pills. This is just a warning for anyone considering mailing anything from Circuit City to a member of a deployed military person. My son wanted an MP3 player, so I ordered one from Circuit City to be sent directly to him at his APO address. It was sent and received with no problems. Campaigner.com - Email broadcast software An account was activated by mistake back in December 2006, but the account was not used at all by our company. Once we realized that mistake later in August, we contacted campaigner.com to let them know about the error but they refused to refund the credit card charges ($320), even if they can easily check that the account was not used at all. We were ready to use the system again but decided against using campaigner.com because of their lack of goodwill and understanding. I have insured an AC unit with AHS for 15 years, only to have my claim for replacement denied. The AHS rep said that the unit is "dirty, rusty, and has mold growing on it." The unit is an outdoor unit that is 25 years old. It is dirty and it is rusty, but the mold is growing around the pad that the unit is sitting on, not on the unit itself. The coil is leaking not because the unit is dirty, but because the unit is 25 years old and just worn out. We put this product on a customer's house and have been battling Alcoa for one year. It has cost us (the contractor) so much money on behalf of our customer. The customer never complained. We did. The representative already provided, I believe, three new batches already and they were all bad. It is sometimes the installer's fault, but not in this case. My 1999 Volkswagen Jetta has been loosing power as I drive down the road. It has died on me 6 times over the last 150 miles & it is quite dangerous! If I am lucky enough to get it off of the road, I let it sit for about 10 minutes and it will restart. Then it may go 20 miles, no problem, or die again. It often happens when I shift from 2nd to 3rd and I will feel a jerk like when the clutch is let out too quickly (but it isn't). I had charges on my acct from these frauds. I called my bank, spoke w/branch manager and was advised to call each one & demand refunds. I have received 2 refunds from the 1st two criminals, still playing the game with the other. Bank manager has put my bank card into investigation. It is now labeled a HOT card. IF any other company tries to put any type of charges on this card it will lead to that company or operator of the system to be charged with fraud and thats a federal offense as we all know. I called them to let them know my 3 year old son wrote on our leather sofa with pen. I filed the claim the next day. They sent a tech out 3 weeks later. I called to find out what they would do since the tech could not get out the stain. He said the pen sat too long. They denied the claim. They told me the tech said it was permanent marker. BS. I purchased a top of the line washer and dryer in September 2006 along with a 5 year protection plan. I called Sears to set up an appointment for a technician to repair my washer as when I press the on button the machine does not power up. My husband and I checked the outlet to be sure it is live and it is, therefore the problem lies within the washer. I was told that it would be a full week before a tech could check it out.
