We purchased a home warranty from National Home Protection in 2006. We couldn't at the time find anything bad about them online, we have since learned that the company was under another name at the time. I purchased a pair of shoes from the ARCHE Company in NYC. They were comfortable in the store but after wearing them for 4 hours in NYC I could not walk in them. The 310 ltrs. fusion was purchased by me on 28.04.2007 from Sales Corner, Kothi, Baroda. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. My fridge is giving bad smell from the upper portion of the fridge and by that entire room is smelled very badly and inhyegenic. I purchase the Trutech TV/DVD at Target in December 2006. The DVD stop working in July and now on September 5, 2007, the TV does not work. Over a year ago I purchased a DVR from Best Buy. The DVR did not work. I was told by Direct TV to return it to Best Buy and get another DVR. I did so, and so the games began. This is really false advertising - especially on Sunday's! I've stood in a line of approx. 9 people and only 1 checker. When I asked about the "3's a crowd" policy, I was told that another checker didn't come on duty until 10:00 am. And one of my phones got damaged so I called the insurance who told me that my phone was not in stock but that they would send a comparable model. On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, my family was almost ran over by a parking lot tram while we (and many other guests) were crossing in a marked crosswalk to the Handicapped parking lot at Epcot. For nearly 60 days I have received daily phone calls asking for someone who has never resided at my address. They seem to think it's a neighbor in my building and have been harassing me to locate them. We have a 14 month old GE dishwasher with a GE 4 year service contract. In late March the machine started to vibrate and get very loud when pumping water. Service man came in May and said it sounded alright to him and he put insulation around the motor or the pump - not sure which. In August we had the repairman out again. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. I keep all of my receipts. I purchased a suit from The Limited and it sat in my closet in the garment bag for about 3 months. I decided I just did not like the material on this particular suit. On 4/9/2007 I purchased an Oster blender, (Model# 6629). I picked this manufacturer and model because of the $10.00 rebate. I completed the rebate form making sure it was comleted correctly and enclosed all the needed items including the UPS code and mailed it on 4/11/2007.
