I need to make someone aware that the store managers in Store # 8480 (Paducah, KY) need to be trained in how to communicate company policy in requards to having vehicles towed. I purchased a dinette set with Island Furniture on April 7, 2007. Twice I was promised delivery dates, twice I was stood up. No call from the company. Turns out they have been charging my credit card for a while now. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. My husband and I had taken our Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming over 1 year ago and received TERRIBLE service. I have had ongoing problems with Norton Internet Security.
