Priority Relocations cheats people. They relocated me and my family across the country. We bought a house using one of 'their' realtor's (found out later not really theirs). I went to Wendys on my 30 minute lunch break to try to get a quick bite to eat. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I get to the window to pay for my food. When I get there, I hand the lady my debit card, and she says that their debit card machine is not working. I tell her that I do not have any cash on me. So I can't get my food, and my lunch break is almost over, and I still have to go to another place and get something to eat, stand in line AGAIN, and then I was late getting back to work. I went into the dealership on March 30 just looking at cars. The salesman, Antonio, introduced himself and showed me the car, 2000 BMW Z3. We looked it over and found several small problems with the car of which were some small upholstery problems, and an oil leak. I got a quote over the phone for health insurance for $185 per month and was told that I had to pay for 2 months in advance- to be charged after I had accepted the policy- even though I had to wait 2 weeks for a physical with their own nurse practitioner. I went through the hassle of doing all the registration (which took longer than the website said it would) and they wanted too much personal information! After registering when I tried to enter the code printed on the cup I kept getting an "whoops" message telling me to enter it exactly like it was printed. Once again I am asking myself why the heck did I ever go to Best Buy!! I mailed an OVERPAYMENT of $200 to the retail services so I could begin paying my debt back quickly. Carpeting: I had a horrible experience when I recently purchased 95 yards of carpet and pad from CarpetMaster in Latham. They did not remove the old pad and install the new pad even though i paid for the pad and the removal of the old pad and installation of the new pad. They did not come when scheduled. We spent a lot of money to get this satellite service, and continue to pay a lot of money each month to keep it. Unfortunately the email does not work. What is more frustrating is trying to get some help. The customer service is absolutely insane. My daughter is insured with Florida Healthy Kids / Vista and they are refusing to cover a surgical center and general anesthesia for a procedure she needs to have done and are giving me the run-around and sending me letters with Florida Statues as to why they are refusing.
