My wife was charged twice for having her watch links removed to fit her wrist. Instead of measuring how many links needed to be removed, the manager asked my wife how many she wanted removed. Of course my wife never having removed links before guessed 4. Apparently, she needed to have guessed correctly because there needed to have been one more link removed. Here is my experience at Whitby Optical in Whitby Ontario . Absolutely horrendous customer service experience (quite possibly the worst I've ever had). It forced me to buy a software to get rid of this virus problem. I had to enter my credit card details. The moment I completed the transaction, viruses dis-appeared. I recently join Goodlife Fitness, downtown Ottawa location. I have nothing bad to report as far as payments/staff/equipment is related. My issue is the men's change room. Its TERRIBLE.
