Point Zero 8
lonestar in montreal December 6, 2009
Point Zero 8 is a designated driving service which consists in bringing you back home in your car safely in the city of Montreal. I've been a member with this organization for 2 years. Unfortunately, my membership expired on the 1st of December, 09. I called them on the 5 of December because I had one to many drinks. They refused me their services because I couldn't pay the membership fees on the spot. The lady at the dispatch center told me "tough luck, we can help you if you don't pay your membership fee." Thanks a million POINT ZERO 8 for helping me. Greatly appreciated. read full review »

When a sales person came to my house last year I was unaware what he was a sales rep from a private company and I did not differentiate from direct energy and enersource, I mistook him a person from the Hydro department, when he said he is from direct energy and I have to sign a contract if I need to get electricty at low price. The next day when I received call from the Direct energy to confirm my contract I denied saying I do not want. I had spoken to a friend of mine about the contract and he said that is not from the government, and it... read full review »

Loretta A. Aucoin December 6, 2009
On Sunday Dec 6 I ordered a caesar salad and a coffee and received an expired package of croutons with my salad. I had taken it home so I didn't want to go back. Plus they kept me waiting 20 minutes for my salad as well. I think I should be compensated in some way for this. The date on the croutons was Nov 12, 2009. Thanks for your consideration of my complaint. Loretta Aucoin read full review »

DELEVANTI -Cavendish Mall
GFumagalli December 6, 2009
I worked in Customer service for 10 years. I know the main reason of customer dissatisfaction is poor customer service. Bad customer service is also the main reason why customers leave companies. Today I experienced the worst customer service face-to-face experience in my life. Yesterday, Saturday December 5th 2009 at approximately 11 a.m I went to the Cavendish mall to have a coffee. I passed by the DELEVANTI store (not the one for children but the one for adults) and I saw a nice dress. I entered the store to see the dress, ask for the... read full review »

Premium white Trial offer (trial is 1.90 + $10 shipping/handling) leads to additional charges of 87.62USD on your credit card if the trial is not returned. Then there are monthly charges of the same amount for membership. First charge came as "beautyclub". The next charge as "healthsmile". I called the 8668257477 number and the greeting did not even announce the company name and I immediately went on hold. Eventually, I was able request to cancel the future charges but unhappy that a trial turned to recuring charges that are in... read full review »

However I was originally charged $10 and then $25 for a 1lb item and it was sent from Canada! Or tried to close my account- I sent in their close account form on 10/29/09 and never got a response. Phone calls have gone unanswered till 12/1/09 when I got a message that my account was closed- but haven't received anything in writing. I had to block my checking account so they wouldn't keep taking money out of it. They have now changed their name and website to National Payment Processing. read full review »

I fueled up my car for $30.oo and when I got home, I checked my bank because I had to do some online bills I noticed right away Esso billed my account $100.00. I paid for this purchase with my bank debit card at the pump swipe card reader. The bank said to go back to Esso and get a refund or credit. The Esso said I had to contact Esso Corporate office. Esso Corporate Office said it was the bank holding my money and would take 5 days to clear or fix this. We bought a new set of kitchen appliances from Sears on June 7, 2009. The oven worked for 2 weeks and then went dead. Three visits by Sears repairmen have served no useful purpose: Each one ordered a part that does not solve the problem. Each time they forgot us, and it was necessary to waste hours on the phone being transfer from a useless “customer representative” to another to get another repairman to show up and repeat the going through the motions pantomime. We have been without an oven for almost half a year now. Sear... read full review »

We recently completed a move with Taylor International. The packers were rude and, instead of packing, dumped drawers into boxes. Glass lamps were packed in boxes of clothes, and when they ran out of boxes, used old broken down boxes from other moves. The packers even failed to pack two areas of the house and we had to have the new owners gather our belongings. The damage was severe and seemed intentional. Having moved many times the damage was far greater than we had ever experienced. The movers also planned badly and had to complete our... read full review »
