Point Zero 8 is a designated driving service which consists in bringing you back home in your car safely in the city of Montreal. I've been a member with this organization for 2 years. Unfortunately, my membership expired on the 1st of December, 09.
I called them on the 5 of December because I had one to many drinks. They refused me their services because I couldn't pay the membership fees on the spot. The lady at the dispatch center told me "tough luck, we can help you if you don't pay your membership fee."

Went into the pizza hut on Barton st in hamilton and picked up a personal pan pizza and an order of cinnaparts. waited for about 20 minutes which was fine. Went home ate my personal pan pizza which was great, I started to eat my cinnaparts and noticed they were raw. When a sales person came to my house last year I was unaware what he was a sales rep from a private company and I did not differentiate from direct energy and enersource, I mistook him a person from the Hydro department, when he said he is from direct energy and I have to sign a contract if I need to get electricty at low price. Croutons
On Sunday Dec 6 I ordered a caesar salad and a coffee and received an expired package of croutons with my salad. I had taken it home so I didn't want to go back. Plus they kept me waiting 20 minutes for my salad as well. I think I should be compensated in some way for this. The date on the croutons was Nov 12, 2009.

I get a call from some Pakistani guys and as I am pakistani, They said it is a good company and giving good rates and even before that they said It is a fever to your Pakistani brother if you get a service fron NuEra. But what a hell firstly they gave me a wrong number to connect the service. We had problems collecting $2000.00 from a builder, and tried to come to a reasonable conclusion.The issue was about $300.00 worth of paint touch ups, we asked for a progress payment of 1000.00 as we wanted some security on the work we allready performed.Our company has painted several hundred homes with out any problems.Finally we decided they could have someone else do the minor touch ups, Havan Homes later contacted us that they paid $3200.00 for the touch ups! 1st National Processing charged me a PCI compliance fee of $129 and gave me no choice to avoid the fee, even when I closed my account. Or tried to close my account- I sent in their close account form on 10/29/09 and never got a response. Phone calls have gone unanswered till 12/1/09 when I got a message that my account was closed- but haven't received anything in writing. On October 30, 2009 we purchased a 2010 Mazda Speed3 from Kramer Mazda.We had a 2005 Mazda which we leased and wanted to trade in. There were 8 more lease payments owing on the 2005 Mazda. In our deal to purchase the 2010 Mazda we had them write in the remaining 8 lease payments. When signing the papers for the 2010 Mazda we asked Jennifer who was doing up the financial papers to make sure all the lease payments were included in the total cost. She showed us a screen which showed that 8 lease payments were included in the final cost.

Then they told me I agreed to pay $86.25 but would not be charged if I returned it within 14 day trial period. They did not ship until 12 days later, and didn't receive it until a full month later so no chance there. Tried to contact via email, returned undeliverable. I fueled up my car for $30.oo and when I got home, I checked my bank because I had to do some online bills I noticed right away Esso billed my account $100.00. I paid for this purchase with my bank debit card at the pump swipe card reader. The bank said to go back to Esso and get a refund or credit. The Esso said I had to contact Esso Corporate office. Esso Corporate Office said it was the bank holding my money and would take 5 days to clear or fix this. I had bought a table and 6 chairs from your store in Sudbury, Ontario about 3 years ago. I had purchased the extended warranty at the time.
I have since had a rip in one of my chairs and a few dings in my table top which I was told was covered, but in the intem I was told that my set is no longer available so they could not replace my chair. We bought a new set of kitchen appliances from Sears on June 7, 2009. The oven worked for 2 weeks and then went dead. Three visits by Sears repairmen have served no useful purpose: Each one ordered a part that does not solve the problem. Each time they forgot us, and it was necessary to waste hours on the phone being transfer from a useless “customer representative” to another to get another repairman to show up and repeat the going through the motions pantomime. We have been without an oven for almost half a year now.

After reading many negative reviews we still decided to take a week's vacation at the Riu in Mazatlan in November 2009.
I have had trouble deciding what was making me feel disenchanted about our vacation - I could not really put my finger on one thing until I started talking about it ---- the food, the food, the food!!!

My daughter called me, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, call collect from Akron/Canton airport and then from Cleveland, Ohio.
I was not informed how much I would be paying per minute nor did the phone where she made the call state the cost. Neither was I informed of the location and that it was an international call.
There were 4 phone calls, each 6 minutes, totaling 24 minutes. I'm pretty sure we did not speak for 6 minutes exactly each time.

My complaint is simple...
I bought the Linksys SRX200 G Router and WMP54GX G Wireless card on November 12, 2006. With taxes the combo came to $300. For 3 years I have been using both products under Windows XP_x32 bit.
I've recently upgraded to Windows 7_x64bit and my Wireless card is not supported. There's not even a VISTA_x64 bit driver available and it was released around the same time as my Wireless card.

GM Service
Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 + .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this. Taylor International Moving
We recently completed a move with Taylor International. The packers were rude and, instead of packing, dumped drawers into boxes. Glass lamps were packed in boxes of clothes, and when they ran out of boxes, used old broken down boxes from other moves. The packers even failed to pack two areas of the house and we had to have the new owners gather our belongings. The damage was severe and seemed intentional. Having moved many times the damage was far greater than we had ever experienced.

I purchased a freezer through Sears during a no interest no payments till 2010 promotion they had going on. I called teh customer service line to verify the details of this promo to make sure that I was well informed of the terms before making my purchase.
