Hi all, this is to inform you guys about the pathetic technical service and customer service provided by hathway. They charge 550/- for 256 kbps for 1.5 gb download and they are not up to their expectations. They are not capable of providing uninterrupted connection at all. If there is no power on their end i have no connection at all! They even told me they cant do anything about it! We have a refrigerator manufactured by Videocon. This refrigerator frequently breaks down. Only a few months ago the compressor had to be replaced. Within few months the defrost timer and thermostat had to be changed. After several complaints to the call center Videocon company sends mechanic. ICICI Lombard has asked me to get a medical insurance plan, and the same has been done. But from the next day the policy i asked to get for me stands cancelled as per my requests. I am a customer of Aircel cellular for the past four years. I have submitted my address proof and photo during the time of purchase of my sim card. Dont know what these people did with it after the TRAI imposed a rule for all prepaid users to submit address proof if they have not submitted, a year back the aircel people called me saying that my address proof is missing and they wanted it and a photograph of mine. My son's passport has been put under hold with a premise that 'Police verification is incomplete'. Under no law a six month old baby's police verification should be done and the same has been confirmed by passport officials but still the passport is not being issued. I had purchased Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes, Allahabad branch in the month of March-07. I kept on asking the sales agent for the invoice but he instead handed me over a receipt. I have purchased LG washing machine 7512HN. Machine arrived on Sunday 20th May 2007. I had asked for longer inlet water pipe. The service centre has been delaying giving demo saying the pipe is not available. For this purpose the machine is lying idle for almost 1 week. I am a victim of ICICI NRI banking service. I have been using this service since March 2006 and have experienced delays in remittance to beneficiarys account. Normally the amount should reach into the account within 5 working days through electronic transfer. My complaint is regarding the different scheme that Airtel is introducing and not keeping in constantly and consistently. I've been using the Airtel booster pack since March 2007. The Booster pack is for calling any airtel mobile no.@ Rs.0.10. The APC promises its customers two years onsite replacement warranty on both inverter and battery. However it fails to deliver on those aspects. I purchased a home inverter sine wave model BI800I. The product is still under warranty. The inverter fan is making a lot of noise when running and the battery is not giving any backup. Inspite of numerous call to their call center and fake promise that the problem would be rectified within 48 hours the problem is still unresolved for more than the last 15 days. I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03/2007 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I brought a Samsung D840 from Wavetel Chennai (Tambaram Branch) in the month of March 07. The handset started giving me problem in a months time only.
