This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr.S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may 2007. Inspite of repeated calls (50-60)to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. Dwivedi in his old age. Moreover people are very rude in responding. I work in a software company in mumbai. I have a hutch corporate connection, which i got activated in january. Till now i have received 5 bills, but in each bill, i am being charged rs. 100 for roaming. I have been harassed by these hutch people at their hutch shop. There is always shortage for hp cooking gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book gas cylinders for days till we get the line and after you book, the delivery will take at least 20-30 days to reach my residence. The worst thing is that the line is always held up i.e. agency personnels hold their phone down and when any customer comes to book the gas, the phone is kept at its right place. I purchased my Maruti Alto in May 2006 from Acer Motors, Secundrabad, Hyderabad. I paid for extended third year warranty but haven't received any certificate yet after 1 year of purchase. I purchased an Compaq presario V3239TU notebook from one of the authorized retail distributors in New delhi (India). The Operating System is window vista. 1. start up and shut down takes exactly 26 mins which is an immense time loss for me as a daily user of your product. 2. I have HP gas connection at secunderabad twincity HP gas distributor, I have transferred to BHEL township. Before transferring we have verified with the HP gas people. They told us to transfer as 'LOCAL TRANSFER' so that we can transfer to anywhere in hyderbad. I was traveling on KSRTC bus (KA01 FA 325) on May 21 at 2 PM when the incident occurred. An old lady boarded the train and asked where the bus was going. The conductor did not answer properly and this perplexed the old lady (over 65 yrs) with heavy load on her head. The bus started moving with the lady on the last step and the door still open causing the old lady to fall with head banging the road. I have broadband connection of Airtel and for the past one month it has not been working at all. I have continuously lodged complaints but to no avail. Everytime one needs to talk to a new customer care executive, they will make false promises and nothing would happen. I had procured 1 kenstar refrigerator around 1 year. Within 1 year itself its compressor got changed within 6 month & since then its problem started. By the time 1 year got over it got repaired 4 times. This means if a new item is getting failed 4 times in a year that mean that product has got manufacturing defect. I had a problem with my LPG cylinder. The washer was loose and the regulator was not fitting on it, when we tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS kilpauk area, no one gave a proper reply, and then with great difficulty got two phone numbers of their service people 24452132 & 23453425 but there is no response on those numbers... We even tried the "in case of emergency" number on the gas bill, i.e. 26612288 but we didn't get any response on that number also... I had taken a ULIP Plan from Bajaj Allianz in Oct 2006 last year. I had given Rs3000 as an advance premium amount for 3 months (1000/month) till Dec 2006 but the certificate that I got only exhibit an amount of Rs1000. I had enrolled for emigration services in 2005 and in the initial stage backed off for not doing emigration for canada. The company took a signing contract amount of Rs 25,000 after which i told them repeatedly not to continue emigration but they have not heeded to my complaints and say it is non refundable as per contract. It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. IDBI freezes your online account if you type wrong password 3 times in a row. No warning, nothing, the 4th time you will get the message that your account is frozen. There is online form to request reset of the password. So I submitted a request on March 25 2007. Absolutely no response what so ever.
