Bought a Sony GN999DS worth Rs30000 and was sent a display piece from the showroom at Vivek's, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Initially the staff were not willing to acknowledge the fact that they had cheated. They kept on saying that the piece was new but the way they got caught was that all the pieces (speakers/woofer/system) had different serial numbers. During the week of April 16, 2007 I phoned Whirlpool and the customer service rep set an appointment for a third party service (A & E Factory Service) to visit my home to repair the microwave. It again happened on 28.04.07 twice. My complaint is against poor response from KSRTC and Secondly there is no icon for refund of such failures. I have purchased a Motorizer Z3 from Quilion Radio Service, Pattom, Trivandrum on 21st April 2007. The Handset is defective as it not closing correctly with the battery & the not properly recharged. When approached the salesman who executed the sale was convinced & was ready to replace the Handset. Another salesman interfered & prevented the replacement. The problem which i have faced since day one is that I have to pre-fix Zero before the Cell Number, dialing from BSNL Line from the Local Area. I travel by bus between the sector chennai - hyderabad at least twice a month. My preference is GARUDA services from Imlibun which departs at 8pm. My journey on 1st may is the most horrific travel I have done in recent times. I have purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from a franchise named Vasanth & Co at my native Pudukkottai(Tamil Nadu). It was purchased around these time last year. It worked for a very less time for the last one year. Since we got the AC it is not too hot or we were not there at home most of the time to utilize. Purchased a shoe rack (imported from Malaysia) on 19.11.2006 with full payment. When staff of Lifestyle Homestore was assembling the Shoe Rack (imported from Malaysia) in my house, the wheels broke. To whomsoever it may concern, I bought a hyundai verna vgt ( crdi ) on february 15,2007 from rama hyundai, okhla. The car is just two and a half months old. It has been driven 3300 kms till date. I just got a call from Airtel Hyderabad, this was with regards to an acquaintance not having paid his phone bill. When i inquired where the person had taken my number from she said that it was given as a reference which I am very sure is untrue, I confronted her with this and she accepted that she had taken my number off the bill. This is absolute breach of confidentiality. My number is not even an Airtel number, these people cannot use bills to get numbers in such cases. I am using the airtel mobile for past three years or more.when ever i want to recharge my phone through a voucher, i have dial a no. 123. And press the option 2 for recharging. I follow the procedure accordingly. And at the end i am asked to enter my voucher pin no, again and again at the final step of recharge procedure.
