Mr. Narayan had complained and taken the washing machine for repairing it at the Goa LG service centre soon after 2 months he expired and the Service technicians say drum was broken after it came back from Delhi (their H.O) they say the knob spring is broken and even the gasket is given way so total I am his daughter after using this machine for 5 years we will have to spend approx. I bought a samsung Air Conditioner (AS 18WCX) from Bismi 0n 24 Mar 2007 (invoice number 20194) in Kochi. Air conditioner stopped functioning (of course the fan and compressor works, but no cooling) from the Third day of installation. I purchased a prepaid connection of Airtel because i intended to use the edge advantage that airtel provides. I am having post paid connection of tata indicom and there was a scheme in my connection for which i was paying 150 rs. per month and all my incoming was free. After that they changed the plan and i got letter that since April i will be charged 40 paisa per call i m having the letter. We took a membership in December from the marketing executive called Deepa. She used to call us everyday to take membership. Now after we have upgraded the membership and we have already paid half the amount we have still not received Allotment letter. She never picks the call even if she picks she tells she will find out and call back. It is more than 2 months she has called. Today when I called her colleague picked the call and told she won't come to office 2 days since she is not well. I tried calling her Manager even he did not pick the call. Very Very irresponsible. I purchased an LG 1.25 ton ac in 2000. The compressor stopped working 10 days ago. I got the ac fixed by LG authorized Synergie Services. They presented me with Rs. 5600 in bills (bill nos. 3241 and 3235) for replacing the compressor. 4 days later the compressor stopped working again. I have purchased one Samsung SGH X-700 mobile phone in chennai. The mobile phone is still under warranty. The mobile was taken to the Company authorized service centre, at Ayanavaram, Chennai. I gave my nokia 7260 at nokia care center in jayanagar 4th block first floor, due to some minor key pad problems with the keys 2,5,8,0 and i could call, receive and send messages perfectly.
