Provided telephone/broadband services 8 nos. Promised group billing / group pulse / centrex / uninterrupted services. Failed on all fronts. I have been using Hutch postpaid connection sine March 2006. In spite of activating New connection in 3 working days time, I was unable to used the service for 7 working days. I have recently purchased Airtel V Data Card for my Laptop expecting good internet services, but it is unfortunate for airtel to inform that within 2 days your level of service has been identified. The internet speed is as low as not working at all, 1 page opens after a long break. It is very sad that so called number 1 FM radio station FM91.1 Radio city is cheating its listeners so cheaply. Oflate there is program called bid and win where customers are asked to bid for mobiles phone, PDAs etc and many times during the broadcast, they dont specify the charges applicable for SMS send from the listener. Maharastra State Electricity Board is the worst Electricity Board ever. I stay in kalyan(W). I have changed the bulbs which consumes less power. In the day time 7 hrs total current is cut but the bill will come upto Rs.1,000/-. I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. For all the much vaunted customer service of Airtel, I had (and continue to have) a bitter experience with Airtel. All this for a shifting of telephone within Chennai. I was promised it would take 6 working days, and after 2 weeks there is no end in sight. Ironically Indane Gas has a toll free number, but their Udaipur distributor "Aravali Gas Service" has different opinion about phone service. During working hours you never reach them on phone. I purchased Tata Indicom India Calling card of Rs 200. I used it for 10 days. After that I am not able to use that card. For using this card one has to dial the access number of the state from where we have purchased the card. In my case it is Maharashtra. Whenever I travel by Bus of KSRTC particularly in long distance routes to Chennai some lady conductors don't return the remainder of change when say Rs500 or Rs1000 are tendered for the purchase of ticket of values say Rs 300 etc. They scribble at the back of the ticket, but at the end of the journey they refuse the dues from the company. Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it ,but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls. Even after repairing it once,all the problems weren't solved entirely. Further, after another one month, the Handset developed cracks and further broke in 2 pieces.
