This is regarding the Hyderabad passport office Phones, While applying passport, they will give some land line numbers to know the status of your application the numbers are 040-27704646, 040-27704747, 040-27704689, 040-27708888, but if you are trying to call to know the status of your application, no body lift the phones, and only one number will ring (040-27708888), rest of the numbers are always in busy stage, i think all other phones are they kept in busy, I have tried 4 days for the status of the application, no body picking the phone. I had booked a Reliance Net connect connection as I got a free offer with my HCL laptop. The offer was for Rs.3750 for three months internet usage free with a download limit of 1 GB. The strange thing was the next month I got a bill for Rs. 382 which was followed by another bill of Rs. 2464. Apparently the FREE OFFER WITH HCL AND HP AND OTHER OFFERS IS NOT FREE. On 26/03/07, we bought 1/2kg Kala Channa from Subhikhsha Trading Services Ltd, Old Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana. On same night, my wife soaked around 350gm channa in water for overnight to cook next day morning 27/03. I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. While the vendor is extremely cooperative, he told that the system is only 4 bsnl. These things were neither told to me nor i was given the free bsnl prepaid connection on purchase date. GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. As per this offer any person by paying Rs 550 as activation charges and Rs 399/- as monthly rent for 1st three consecutive months would get free to and fro air tickets. I am a customer of Indane Gas for last 5 years. I have booked for a refill of gas cylinder. Firstly the agent refused to take booking and told me that he will not take booking before 25 days of last delivery of refilled cylinder. I am holding a SBI credit card for the past 10 months. I n the month of September I made a payment of Rs. 3000/- through cheque in SBI Tirupathi (0933). I am a consumer of Jyothi Gas, located at Wilson Garden near Lakkasandra,Bangalore. Whenever I go for for a LPG refill, I find that they've increased the price. I am having a connection with bsnl under excel anant scheme. I had to recharge my mobile account by 12th march 2007 to keep my connection/sim activated. During this period a special scheme was in effect, wherein i got grace period to recharge. I recharged during that grace period on 16th march 2007 and my sim was again became operative, but the company had removed my previous balance of rs.700/- plus.
