I am a LPG Indane customer with Tirupati Gas Associates, Nangloi, Delhi and my consumer Number is ZOG 7050. I have booked for a refill on 05.03.2007. Even though it is nearing twelve days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I went to dealer two-three times but every time they told me we will send it in one or two day. This is happening from last few months. I saw many times that cycle walas came and sold the cylinders to nearby shop. I request IOCL to conduct audit into the records of the dealer and if necessary appoint one more dealer to regulate the supply and minimize the customer's avoidable grievances. read full review »

I recently purchased a Cad bury Chocolate from a local shop in Delhi, after opening the outer packaging of the chocolate i found that it was not fit for consumption. The inner packaging of the chocolate is still intact. The chocolate has 2 cubes missing, further more there are stains on the paper which is used to do the inner packaging. I think this is very bad on the part of Cad bury to allow such food products enter market, which are not fit for consumption and are a hazard to public health. I purchased a piece from Sangeetha, Bangalore and with in a short time it developed a fault. I gave to service centre and within a week same fault started indicating that it is not repairable. I bought a pair of shoes on 11 Mar'07 from Planet Sports and they put 09 no instead of 08 no requested. When i went back to them for replacement within 48 hrs of purchase the staff behaved very badly and insulted me by shouting in front of other customers and embarrassed me and also also said company does not allow us to replace the sold goods and we dont have time to entertain such queries. I have Purchased a Motorola V3i 10 Months ago and I could see a small crack on my LCD when observed keenly. I reported it to a Service Center and they say that is not an Issue and now My screen suddenly is oozing some liquids out and it is not giving any display. Moreover the my mobile is in warranty and the warranty is not covering the damaged parts. My mother had a health plus card from HDFC given to her as a free card because she had a saving account in HDFC. Now we got that card cancelled long back. HDFC is giving us reminders now for making payment of the service auto payment of electricity bill which we never subscribed. They are adding on late fees on the card every month. I have done a photography of my own & got hard copies of Passport size Photograph & stamp size photograph from Fotofast Express, Sukhwani Chambers, Station Road, Pimpri, Pune - 18. I asked them to give a soft copy of the my photograph in my own CD. They asked me extra charges of Rs.10 for giving the soft copy of the photograph in CD (Transferring from computer to CD)which is totally wrong/cheating when I am taking the hard copies of the same. I would like to point out a case of harassment by yet an another service provider... A site called Cleartrip.com offers to book tickets for various airlines on internet for which they charge through credit cards. While making one such booking, there was an error at site clearly stating that the ticket was not booked and hence I re-booked the same. The Skyline cable network that provides Cable TV services at HSR layout, Bangalore did not provide Tamil channels during the month of February 2007. We subscribe to the cable mainly to watch Tamil programs and we did not get what we paid for. However the cable operator Skyline cable wants full payment of Rs.250.
