Hi all I have got my new car Octavia Fantasia manual gear box just 4 days ago. Yesterday I have inspected and tested the car carefully, and I have found that the rear window wipper is not working at all. then I went reading the manual book of the car many times, then tried to test it againe and againe with no hope. The manager obliged me to present a meal for the parents of my kids'friends althought hardees - Maadi didn't insist on this point. As I have to make a birthday in heliopolis, I book in MC- Heliopolis, they were very kind and about 53 kids enjoy the ceremony there. 3 month ago, I delivered my car (toyota Yaris) to Toyota service center (Abo Rawash) because I had an accident. The car stayed for one and half month to be maintained. I bought directlty from Carrier Egypt at the highest price to get the best service. 2 main problems: First, the a/c is sold as 5 HP, meaning 40, ooo btu. In fact, it's 36, 000 btu only, equivalent to 4.5 hP only Second, I had a terrible experience in installation as the choice made by the sales engineer was later refused by a first technician then a second one came and accepted the first location. Even with proper valid certification document (PADI Rescue Diver-33 dives), properly maintained Dive Log book and only 2 months since the last dive I was required to perform a refresh or a local dive before being accepted to go on a day trip.
