I was not satisfied with the work they did and upon them not fixing the problem, I filed a comlpaint. After doing so, Sajid Hussain, who works at the company, posted my personal information including full name, address, and number, which was obtained from an order I placed, on a third party site in violation of privacy policy. When I contacted them about it, first they said they did not know what I was talking about and then after finally acknowledging what they did, they basically told me to take it up with the site they posted my information in. I went into Babies R' US to purchase a birthday gift for my neice. When I walked in there was a lady who worked there who looked at me but didn't say anything. I stood there looking all around because I was never in the store before. As I shopped around, there was nobody around except other customers. They claim to be a nonprofit who's out to help consumers save their homes. In reality, they are linked to the major banks with the main purpose of getting consumers to pay and do what's good for the BANKS. Cut By Design
I hired Cut by Design to rake up and completely remove leaves in my yard. I dealt with Brian and we agreed on a price of $80 for the total project. I paid Brian, they raked the leaves to the street and told me that a truck would be by the next day to vaccume up the leaf pile. It's over a week later and the leaves are still there.

My credit card was illegitimately charged for services that were never contracted or rendered. My wife and I had spoken with Timeshare Traveler in Pinellas Park, FL about advertising our Florida timeshare for rent. The man that we spoke with stated that we would be sent a contract by email and by regular mail and that their services would start as soon as we returned a signed contract. I purchased a brand new car from this dealership and have had nothing but problems with the car and the way they have treated me. I regreted my purchase the day after I bought the car. I tried to get my original car back, but they refused. The lied about the car not being there anymore, when it clearly was there for 6 months. They promised me a certain price and then did not deliver it. I have tried to cancel my GAP insurance and have no luck with that either. Only lies and run-around! The rate wasnt bad and federal loans are federal loans, so I put in my personal information, select the college that is on its own drop down, then after submitting, it tells me my college will have to do a loan for me, sorry. what?!? my college is a four year accredited, was once a two year accredited, and they say I have to go through the school only AFTER I give info? I also stupidly clicked on the free one month trial of Colon cleanse, Reservatrol Extract and Purelift. I have just had $200 Aus deducted from my credit card a month after they took 3 lots of shipping amounts from my credit card. How do we stop this?????? I have been reading some of the nay sayers about this scam. Believe me it is real. Yes, when you read the fine print they do mention and warn about additional charges. What they fail to tell you is that they sell your information to other companies who deal in the same type of product. (Or it may be the same company/product under another name. Zhanjin Furniture Co shipped me a broken dining fake marble table back in Sept 19, 2007 and they have resolved their claim with their vendor, DHL on 11/8 but they still haven't reimburse me for the broken dining table yet. This is the place shows how unprofessional customer service, and how bad the experience you get. All they are concern is about your pocket money. I had a horrible lasik experience there.
The surgery scheduled on 2:00PM, but the doctor arrived at the office after 2:30PM. There was no recovery room after surgery. There was no follow-up call to ask your feeling after surgery. All County Towing, INC.
On 12/10/2009 All County Towing Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex. I have just recently moved in and have been assigned a parking place. I have not seen, signed or been told of any parking lot regulations. Their is no disclaimer in my lease.
Also, when I asked All County Towing to view their City, State and County Occupational Licensing, I was to "go fuck yourself." I'm no lawyer but I do know companies in Broward County are suppost to "Conspicuously display their licenses."

Be very careful when choosing a business when you are needing new contacts or eyeglasses. Made the horrible mistake of going to this Eyemart Express to get an eyewear prescription.
