I was at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park on Nov. 8, 2009 at 3pm with my family. I brought my camera to take pictures of my nephew, his wife and 3 children. As I was taking their photo, the park ranger came up to me and told me I was not allowed to take photographs at the park. I brought a mahogany banker's desk to Terry's Consign and Design Furnishings for consignment. I purchased the desk new for $1, 500. It was in perfect condition. My asking price was $750. On or about November 17, 2009 I phoned Quest Communications to order transfer of service from one location to the new in Montrose Colorado. Four Seasons Services, Inc. based in Kennesaw, GA is a lawn maintenance business hired to treat my lawn. Mike Sheevy, the owner is offensive and rude to his customers. I got a charge for 79.00 on my credit card from this company, (with whom I have NEVER placed an order) only to find on my doorstep 3 days later a bag of coffee and a travel mug. I never authorized the purchase, and the credit card company took the charges off... I called Cafe Saporito's customer service only to find a had to LEAVE A MESSAGE?? These people are like a RASH that WON'T GO AWAY!!! After three separate requests to STOP my memberships and STOP billing my credit card they continue to bill me. They give me confirmation numbers each time and then the "conveniently" lose the record, so there are no records of my cvalls to cancel. And Citi Bank is just as bad - I ask them to STOp charging to my account, and they say "Sorry, Talk to the Vendor." And for this I get to pay them interest. I can remember hearing that this was one of the best internet security suites. Like heck! Has started deactivating it's own protection following product updates. No where in the copy did it say they would be charging me 129.95 after three days! I have called Fisher and Paykel to service my dishwasher. They gave me few numbers and one of them is A&E Factory service. A&E told me that they will see me in a week waiting from 1-5. Week went by and I waited and waited and then they called me at 4:53 to tell me that they need to reschedule. Beware of this company. It is a major scam. We trusted them with $1495 of our money to do a loan modification with our lender. Once we payed them our fee is when the troubled started. After not hearing from them say for a month. Got a MilitaryStar around August of 2008. First statement was $17. Paid $50. Second was $18. Paid $50. Third statement was also very low, paid $200. Statements when logged on to site, because of large advance payments said "Minum due: $0." Actual baglogs statements show different numbers than ones when logging onto their site. So much for the December 2009 "seamless" upgrade of Mediacom Cable's e-mail service - down for 2 days now with no end in sight. Mediacom must be soooo overwhelmed - when you call their 800# they have an automated response that says, in effect, "don't call us ... where too stupid to fix this, but eventually we'll smack two rocks together enough to make fire!". Everbright Smile SCAM My credit card co. notified me 12.10.09 that a charge of $87.62 was made by Prestine Health 12.9.09 that I had not authorized. The company, Everbright smile refused to refund the $87.00, saying I didn't read the T&C which is 3 pages of fine print very hard to locate on their website. The advertisement located on CNN website was deceptive suggesting a free trial sample for just the shipping charges. Beware of the SCAM!
