Sent coffee, tea and charged my account without authorization. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. I am going to contact 1) athe post office since they send things thru the mail and 2) the states attorney for them charging my account without my authority. I have called them several times and never get a response only an answering machine. I have had them blocked from charging anything to my account. This scam has many names but all have to do with coffee or tea. lucky for me I check my account on a regular basis and was able to call my credit card company and have the charge blocked. I have had the Amex Gold card for over a year. By my instructions they took the money owed them from my bank account. Not a problem. I saw to it online that they did get paid in full every month. First I discovered an unauthorized charge of $79.00 from PublicationsMax on my online statement(which I don't know how they got my Card #)...called bank stopped card and then I received a package 9 days later from Cafe Saporito which I didn't order. I googled Cafe Saporito and found complaints of the exact thing that happened to others. Smoking everywhere is in my opion an on line scam. They keep charging you and tell you that you did not respond in the 14 day period that you were allotted. However the merchandise does not arrive in that time frame and they have you by the throat. They have sold me a credit card terminal that now will not work properly. I have for the last week spent over 6 hours on the phone mostly on hold trying to remedy this problem. At first they promised me a new machine within 24 to 48 hours. When no machine arrived they changed their story stating that I would get an update via email on how to bring the machine up to date with new software downloads. Last week, I was reviewing the charges posted to my bank debit card account and found a $79.00 charge posted on 12/02/09 from Seattle Coffee Direct which I never authorized or ordered. Today I went up to my local Asda's customer service in order to get my Asda Mobile's content block lifted, as I couldn't confirm my identity over the phone due to not having a credit card. We rented a flat from Legacy Development. We lived there for more than a year. When we decided to move out, we gave them the required one month notice and left the flat at the end of the term. This is the worst service and equipment I have ever seen. I have had Tivo with DirecTV for over 5 years but wanted to switch to a "complete package deal" to save money. I switched to Time Warner for Phone, Internet, and Cable. What a mistake! The phone and internet are fine but the Motorola DVR equipment is a mess. On 12/8/2009 a company by the name of "FormsLeader" authorized a $4.65 cent charge on my Credit Card. I had never heard of this company in my life before. Turns out someone stole my Credit Card information and used it online to order some legal forms. I originally had applied for the card through rewards 660 and got the card never had any problems. Now that it is Indigo card it is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! In the last 6.5 weeks my apartment has been flooded twice. 1) One week prior to Thanksgiving a hot water heater explodes and ended up flooding my closet and 2/3 of my bedroom. At 12 midnight I notified maintenance man and he claimed nothing was wrong. I thought this was a reliable site, didnt know to check this out took it in good faith and purchased 5 sets of ghd styling irons. Only 3 have come and from the address I thought they would come from the uk but in actual fact they came from china and when I tried to registar these they are fake all 3 sets have the same code. I am still waiting for the other 2 sets. I have now recieved my credit card bill and they have charged me for the 5 sets but also an additional £13. I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. Do not use this moving company! They delivered my furniture 4 days late, but did not have all my things and had to come back 2 weeks later with the rest of the goods.
