I ordered a telescope for 400 dollars from these guys and never received it. Now their website discountedmart.com is 404 file not found! Apparently they have had various names in the past, such as surplusdepot.net, and you can see complaints about these companies as well. I advise all to beware. They placed an add on Craigslist for the telescope and when I inquired, I was directed to the above website and ordered the telescope using the greendot money pack. About 7-8 months ago, I had some HVAC work to be done. My contractor offered CifiFinancial Retail Services credit, and they were running a special deferred interest, so I applied. They quickly gave me a credit line, 10, 000.00 to be exact. I currently have under 1, 000 left, and I just found out my furnace is broken and needs replacing (it's currently off to avoid CO issues) as soon as possible. I mailed credit card payments to five companies on 10/30/09. All posted by 11/5/09, except for the Chevron/Texaco credit card now handled by GE Money Bank, which took 12 days to post my payment. I know that company profits are down from last year, but to DELAY posting of payments to collect a $15.00 late fee is unconscionable. We bought this washer about a year and a half ago. I paid alot of money for it. We have had one problem after another. The problems started a few months after we purchased it. I recently had sears home comfort upgrade my furnace, water tank and A/C. The A/C unit was a display model open box thereby reducing the cost about $400 dollars which was supposed to have been used to improve the duct work in my basement. I contracted with Ruperts Home Improvement, Rupert Smart, to install a new roof on my home on 5/1/09. I gave the company half the cost for the roof, $4, 372.00 plus $475 for the disposal bin. I advertised 4 tickets for AC/DC Concert at Hampden Park in Glasgow through the Online Ticket Exchange. I received an EMail from them to say that my tickets had been sold for £80 each and to despatch them by Recorded Delivery direct to the purchaser, which I did and also checked through Royal Mail that the tickets were delivered. I was advised that I would receive payment directly after the event had taken place (30th June).
