Like many other customers I throught I was getting something free and only paying the postage. This was a complete scam. I rang to cancel and I thought that would be it, but 10 days later another $147 was taken out of my bank. I rang again and was told I cancelled 1 day late and the money was taken out. I authorized a 4.99 free trial, not knowing that that I would get nothing and didn't know I was signing up for their do nothing but bill your credit card $180.00 a month. Word of advice - Change your credit or debit card number so these people can no longer charge for their bogus ACAI BERRY and DETOX CLEANSE which they will continue to do month after month. My neighbor purchased a battery for my car for me at a time when I could not drive the car to purchase it myself. He had a Costco card, which he used. On 6/24/09 they charged my bank debit card for the $.99 and also on the same date they charged my card for $169.95 +$5.08 for Foreign Trasaction Fee. I recently purchased a box of EverPet Moist and Meaty dog food from the Dollar General. My dogs refused to eat it and it is not like them to ever turn down food. I paid over 3 dollars for that and I don't have a lot of money to be throwing away on dog food that is terrible. I would like to recieve a refund or at least an apology from this company. I just got off a 45 min hold with them and told them I tried their 2 week trial but had problems in the second week. I just bought this Lexmark 4 in one, fax copier, scanner. I have had nothing but problems with this machine from day one, it receives faxes when it feels like it on a good day. Within an hour if I receive another fax it will not connect, what a piece of crap!!! If I reboot it then it will receive but limited to ONLY ONE FAX A DAY!!! After that forget about it!!!
