Purchased a Harley Davidson from this company in August 2008. It took till April 2008 to get the title, bill of sale and keys!!! Owners promise the world but deliver nothing. In the sale was a bike cover and battery tender. At the time of writing these also have not been supplied. Again, promises galore but no follow through. We are still chasing these - hopefully not another 8 months. If dealing with this company make sure that you have the goods and are happy with them BEFORE you pay out any hard earned money. I contacted them about a loan and they e-mailed me the paperwork. I filled it all out and I needed 1890.00 for the insurance on the loan. No problem that is what I had saved. We have completed a debt repayment program through A New Horizon which was set up through AFS. This program took us 4 years, and we are so proud of ourselves for finally paying off our creditors. In 2/07 I purchased a Mag Innovision MA-32EF1AC 32' LCD tv manufactured 1/07 from Staples. The TV ceased to function last friday after doing a channel scan and then powering down the set. I purchased an LG TV from Video Only in 2008. The panel went out 10 months after purchase and LG eventually issued a Return Authorization letter. I took the letter and the TV back to the Federal Way Video Only where the purchase was made and was informed that Video Only doen't honor manufacturer RA's from LG. We bought a Dvd Player Model DPA08055D to use in our car on vacation. The sound on it is so poor that you cannot hear the movie at all. After numerous calls, I forwarded the unit to their Repair facility in Pa. I was contacted by a person from credit solutions that was representing Contiental Finance and He said that they were going to turn me into the IRs because I never made a payment. He stated that this was income since I didnt make a payment. He was offering a settlement amount but I had to make a decision by 6pm when he was calling a few minutes till 6pm.
