I purchased 4 tires from NTB after being told I would receive $500 in gas with the purchase of 4 tires. After signing up for this promotion I discovered the "painful" process required to get the gas redemption. Basically I had to spend $100/month in gas and then submit my receipts. Advanta Bank is criminal. My rate went from 9.9% to 37.17%. Their corporate headquarters is in Pennsylvania but they use Utah for credit card customers because, particularly with corporate credit, Utah's Usury Laws are poor at best and allows them to charge any interest rate they want, according to them. I need to complain about this company because they are making so much money off of people, and do not provide a sufficient or half way decent service. I have been dealing with this company for around 2 1/2 months and have spend over $500. First they charge a fee everytime someone adds money to the account, so for $50 deposit they add only $40 to your account.
