Our roof was installed only 3 years by Jenkins Roofing yet we've experienced recurring leaks. The warranty is for 10 years but you have to chase down these people to honor their warranties. They never keep their appointments -- they will tell you they will be there one day and will just not show up, no call to say "sorry but i can't make it today." I paid $39.94 for an unlimited access to search public records for informtion regarding birth, death, marriage etc. records with assurance it would only be a one-time charge. This is a horrible company. Stay away!! I just got a $25 charge on my credit card for a dvd that I reported lost back a year ago with this DVDbarn. I had cancelled this service more than 8 months ago and now they decide to charge me for a lost dvd. You have to email them a reason for any dvd's that they do not receive back. Purchased 8 replacement windows less than 6 years ago. Over the last 3 years at least one of the windows has suffered a broken seal and mold is growing in between the dual panes of glass. Great Lakes does send out replacement glass but I'm responsible for the cost of getting the new glass installed in the vinyl frame. They don't send a complete, ready to install pane. 3 of 8 windows (so far) is a horrible failure rate and I just hope to keep other prospective window buyers from purchasing the same low quality product I'm now stuck with. read full review »

We used this company to try and recover data from a physically damaged SD card. We were very saddened when the SD card that had taken over 500 pictures at our wedding rehearsal dinner and during the ceremony/reception was not readable (as it had been readable in the camera to look at the pictures during and right after the ceremony, but was unable to read them when we got home and tried to transfer them to a computer). Received broken new, but badly damaged taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Emailed Doctor Auto Part -recieved no response over 2 day wait. Called their 1-800 number twice only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls. Their website says all packages received damaged have to have claims filed with the carrier - FedEx says that the shipper must file a "waiver" in order for them to file a claim for the recipient. NEVER BUY ANYTHING DLINK! Be careful with these guys. I have had two issues with Divineo the last month that required me to deal with customer service. They reply to my emails very quickly but really don't help (might as well be an auto responder for all they are worth.)
