Digital Connection
Purchased a htpc style computer case,
case was defective, digital connection
refused to refund my money.
In addition the case i purchased has a design
flaw where the 3.5" drive cage can come into
contact with the video card, and it fried
my $405 video card. Digital connection was
aware of this cases propensity to ruin
video cards, however they never warned their
customers about this.
Digital connections was very uncooperative,
refusing to authorize a return for the case
or help me deal with the manufacturer about
the ruined video card.
I would never do business with this company

Amerismooth Cellulite Laser Treatment
After reviewing the advertisement which indicated that American Laser had a cellulite treatment that worked and promised significant visible results and winning a $300 off certificate, I signed up for 12 treatments totaling $2500 which is what the clinic manager said it would take to reduce or eliminate the cellulite on my thighs. Dont Know something about diet pills
My account was deducted $79.95 on Feb. 10, 2009 for absolutely no reason. I am a single mother on unemployment and only receive $110 a week i CANNOT afford cheap stupid scams by losers. I have @ Children and now my grocery money is gone. I cannot afford to borrow from sam to pay bill. I DEMAND my money bej put back on my card ASAP or further actions will be taken. Window Guards
I ordered 1 set of the draft guards for a total of $14.98 on Jan. 24, 2009 but as of 2/12/2009, I have not received them. I called once on 2/6/09 and was informed that it will ship the following day. I called again on 2/12/2009 and no one answered.

I ordered ONLY a free sample 30-Day supply that I was supposed to only get charged for Shipping. Two weeks later, I have a $79.96 dollar charge showing up on my credit card for a "subscription" to everything they offer - Fit Factory, Acai Fit, and everything else under the sun. My husband and I went to Suess Electronics in Appleton, WI and purchased a 50" plasma screen TV. We also decided to have them install Direct TV for us when they delivered the TV. They assured us we would have our TV within a week. After a week we still hadn't heard when our TV was coming.

I did not authorize this company to withdraw a high set up fee of $47.51, which is a ridiculously high amount as 'set up' fee. plus monthly fees of $29.95. After my car was hit by falling trees during an ice storm, I went to Fine Lines on the recommendation of my insurance company. What a mistake.
