On February 4, 2009 my bank account was charged for $87.13 for each product totalling $174.26. I mailed a payment in January that for some reason they did not receive or did not process. On my next bill I noticed a late payment notice, a jump in my interest rate from 9.99% to 28.99% and excessive finance charges as a result. Purchased an Arrow Shed Build-It-Yourself Special Order Building from the Home Depot store. The model I purchased is the 1431, it is 14 feet wide by 31 feet long, with standard Wayne-Dalton roll-up garage door, to store a boat. I purchased Nero 7 a while back as a direct download form their site. I thought I was updating the program, when instead it tried to upgrade which entailed erasing my program.
