I ordered the free sample and forgot to send the stuff back when it didn't work. I was then billed for it. I immediately called and left a message to cancel the account. You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). After my cat developed an abscessed tooth earlier this year and needed veterinary care, I took her in to see the vet. She required anesthesia and a tooth extraction. I applied for CareCredit to pay her $316.95 bill. This was not done lightly, I do not apply for credit willy-nilly and this is the ONLY credit I currently have. I saw an offer on AOL homepage about Acai Berry and a Colon cleaner with this women telling her great story. If I paid a total of 8 dollars you could test out the product even Oprah and Dr. Oz were on the ad I ordered it and it came really fast and a few days later I saw $87.13 deducted from my account. I've calleded twice and been told that a note was going to be placed for the billing department. Yeah freaking right!! Nice Christmas Present. After listening to this charming young man who was trying to earn money and win a trip, I decided to order a magazine subscription for my daughter and son.
