Our phone is not working properly from last year. The key pad for my Dynammite handset is creting problems from the beggining when the no. digits on the pad are getting detatched from the handset and falling down .ANd that is happening within the warranty period. I bought a pair of expensive Uggs for my 11 year old daughter in Nov of 2007, and barely 3 months later the seam around the toe area ripped. The other boot is perfectly fine. She is not a toe scraper, and considering the other one is in perfect condition, I can only assume there was a defect in the other boot. If it were a cheap pair of boots, I would expect that. No Service Back up. Dealer in Fardibad, Legend Service Center is the worst service provider. Water quality in Fardiabad is worst in India and on the top of that Eureka Forbes has appointed Legent Service as their service center. I keep a zero balance on my card. I noticed that Capitol One has been placing a finance charge on my statement. I have been making the mistake in overlooking the entire bill. After I called Capitol One to inquire about this charge, I was told the account must be zero balanced for two months or a finance charge will be placed on the bill no matter what balance is on and no matter when the balance is due. National City Charged me a $12.00 product transfer fee because my account was no longer a direct deposit account.
