I cancelled a contract I had with italk and got an email confirmation from them in Jan that my last bill is supposed to be at end Jan 2008. I have subsequently on 2 occasions been charged (without authorisation) at the end Feb, end Mar as well as end Apr. On April 8, I had a service call to repair my Kenmore Classic Range. The service man came out and checked the range (vintage 2003) and advised me that it needed a new "sub clock/TI" and "Element-BR". I authorized the repairs as I needed the range. He said that the parts would have to be ordered, but would probably be in by Thursday or Friday. After he left, I realized that for what I was being charged, I could buy a new range with a full years warranty instead of a 90 day warranty for repairs. The service of ' SAINIK COOKING GAS ' dealer is very bad. They won't take up the phone and accept booking. For the past few months there is no door delivery. I have purchased 3 sets of the Logitech Freepulse wireless earphones. Over time, they all wore out and split in the middle of the headband, making them useless. I kept all 3 pairs and sent them to Logitech a month ago with a letter asking for a free set. I know they got the package - they signed for it. I also know they haven’t responded - even with a "***".
