I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. Legal Recoveries hired a law firm to sue me, claiming I owe Legal Recoveries money. To my knowledge I have never had an account with them. I say this because I do have old debts and I have paid most of them. This company may have contacted me on behalf of Citibank. That debt is 7 yrs old. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Magnussen's. This vehicle was equipped with a Satellite Radio with a years subscription from SIRIUS. The satellite radio ceased to work. I have 2 cylinders. 1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now. The travel was horrible.
