Tried to purchase a book on Forensics from these people in July 2007. Credit card charged and no product ever sent. No reply to frequent communications. Others who have suffered are urged to contact e-crimes unit of Australian Police or the IC3 group in the USA In Australia you can contact Dept of Fair Trading as they claim on website amongst other things that the customer won't be charged until the order is shipped and they can be prosecuted under Asutralian law if this claim is shown to be misleading. I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Hi, I have taken a car loan from HDFC 3 months back. I have paid 2 advance EMIs for the car i purchased. I had opted for a ECS facility for paying EMI. I have a bank account with ABN AMRO Bank thorugh which my EMI is debited. However, my first ECS was bounce. I ordered the book and found the program to be too expensive to do. Colonic treatments and organic food, what a rip off. I too tried to call customer service for a RM (return merchandise number). Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back. I finally called again and got my RM #, sent the package back requesting a signature of receipt. I was emailed by CREDIT ONE BANK telling me my credit card payment is past due. Payment due date was was Dec. 10, 2007. I sent a check to them on Nov. 20, 2007 whiched cleared my bank on Nov. 27, 2007. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who made no sense. She told me it will reflect on my account once they receive my payment. I tried to tell her it was already recieved because it had cleared my bank long before the due date. Providian decided they wanted to start charging me "over the limit fees" when their finance charges take me over my credit limit. They did this 2 straight months before I closed my account and made a payment that would not allow them to do it again. Basically, I would be at $2,450 (Providian gave me a limit of $2,500), would buy gas ($40) to keep me under my credit limit by $10.
