I contacted Joe and he said that he will not re-send the package nor will he give me a refund. He has no tracking number or record of sending the item. Received a charge from Jrb Roofing on nov 16, 2007 for $432.56 on my visa credit card statement, called credit card co. and registered complaint, told to fill out form and return, did, but checked farther, i live in alabama. This charge was for material & labor, no way, this is a 'company' located in the Broadwalk Apartments on 1825 S. Stevens St. tacoma, was no answer at phone listed, (wonder way) and apartment management will not give out any info, contacted locate police and will have to come in to fill out report. Well, I'm yet one more person who has been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty. I bought my contract in May of 2006 for $2,200. This October, after making payments of $1500, I tried to put in my first and only claim of $603 to get my car repaired. They billed my credit card prior to the cancellation trial period. When I tried to cancel they would not do it unless I got a confirmation No. and went into their web site to cancel. My computer was down and I had to go to another computer to cancel and get the charge off my credit card. I tried to print two mailing labels and kept getting a message saying that the operation was canceled and I would not be charged for the labels. The next day I discovered that Click n Ship had charged me for 17 labels! Since I was using my ATM card to pay, it about wiped out my checking account. I submitted the refunds request within 3 days and just found out yesterday that it will take up to two months to get that money back into my checking account. Dell uses DHL shipping company to send electronics when purchased online. I purchased a very expensive piece of electronics and it was shipped by DHL out of California. I used the ability to track shipment online and saw they would attempt delivery on the 13th which is the day I was out of state on business. Well i have been complaining about getting my stove repaired for the past 3 and a half months. I have had a service tech in to see the problem and they have not repaired it. I started to use "Chase - Continental business credit card" since June. 2007. I paid my balance in full every month except Sep. 2007. So, on Oct's statement, there is a late fee and financial change. I paid in full (including the financial change) on time on 10/22/07. But again, on Nov's statement, there is $2.68 financial change. First time: they did not apply the announced 5% discount on my order. Second time: They applied, without any prior announcement, a 34,00 EUR transportation charge. Purchased an LG dishwasher. After 3 service calls they replaced it!! The one they replaced quit working after 18 months, this was an $800 dishwasher!! They refused to do anything to make it right. We also purchased a Washer Dryer set for over $2300.00 the washer hase been serviced 3 times. We have to leave the door open on it because it smells so musty!! I gave my Alto car to Kap for accidental repair and service. They first outrightly denied to admit accidental repair although insurance is from them but on warning not o take policy any further they entertained.
